I will definitely give 5 stars ( I agree the front desk was not not very friendly when we went there) . My 2 kids saw Dr. Geiger from 2009 until 2017 until we moved out of Memphis. She is a very nice and responsible doctor. My kids loved her. Today I need some immunization record information after I have not seen her for 2 years and she replied in 10 mins.

My son has been her patient since he was 6 weeks old. He ADORES her. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe her: caring, a good interrogator, fantastic listener, probing diagnostician, invested in his emotional health as well as his physical well being, takes as much time as needed with him. My son is now 18 and we dread the day we have to leave her care.

Dr Geiger is a very passionate and caring doctor. Very informative and knowledgeable. The front desk is a little unprofessional MOST of the time but the doctor is amazing

I absolutely love Dr. Geiger. The problem is her staff. They are the most discourteous people on the planet. If you like to be talked over, laughed at, and hassled, then, by all means, go here. If only you could reach Dr. Geiger directly. But no. You have to go through the awful people at the desk. After over 4 years of going to River City Pediatrics, I have requested my child's records and am going elsewhere.

If you enjoy rude, discourteous staff, who will talk over you and not be the least bit helpful in scheduling an appointment, then this is the place for you. While Dr. Geiger is wonderful, I would not send my worst enemy here. The front desk staff is just that unprofessional, which does not bode well for this practice. After 4+ years, I have asked for my child's records and will be going elsewhere.

She is such a wonderful physician. I would recommend her to anyone that's looking for a pediatrician for their child. My daughter absolutely love Dr. Geiger!
