Had a suspicious mole. Was able to get an appointment within a week as a first time patient. Waiting time in office was less than 10 minutes. Office staff and Dr. Knight were very friendly and reassuring. Dr. Knight will definitely become my regular dermatologist.

Would never recommend her & will not see her again. I went in with a list of several concerns. She was only interested in doing a cancer check. I asked her about a bump on my face, but she dismissed me saying " as we get older we learn to accept the way we are". She refused to address my other concerns & threw the list down.

Dr. Knight is woefully behind in dermatological treatment. I was a patient for over 20 years and her protocol never changed. Due to her unprofessional behavior, I changed to another dermatologist in May 2014. He has used multiple advanced treatments which have made a marked difference in my disease.

Dr. Knight repeated pushed her opinions on me on issues having nothing to do with my presenting problem. I requested she not not do so and changed the subject. She persisted. When she left the treatment room with the door open, she continued to rant as she walked away in the treatment hall. She is most unprofessional.

90% of the time Dr. Knight is always late (1hr-1.5hrs). The staff is always rude as well. When seeing Dr. Knight, she seems to be nonchalant, glibness in her assessment of her own performance, and overall cavalier attitude.

Basically all she did is using the scissor cut my skin, and told me I don't have to come back see her. Later, I received $157 bill for the lab work that insurance won't pay it. And I was never informed that I will have a lab work done at all. Not happy with that and will not see her in the future.

I had to wait an hour and half for the doctor and then she spent maybe 5 minutes with me. I was there to do a body scan. She seemed more interested in recommending a better self tanner and rogaine for my hair which is thin than about any risks I might have for skin cancer.
