I was barely able to walk in to the office at semmes Murphy the morning of my surgery. After getting to my room dr weaver came in to check on me. They took me back and the surgery went great. I was able to walk out in no pain. Dr weaver is great!!!

I have been going to Dr. Weaver for a number of years now. Whenever anyone discusses a problem similar to mine, Dr. Weaver is my recommendation. He listens, displays patience and encourages you to ask questions. I have even asked to look at my images of my back. Didn’t know what I was looking at but he used terms that I understood. He is one of the best and he and his staff shows genuine concern about your well-being.

3 weeks ago I had my second back surgery with Dr. Weaver at Semmes Murphey. As long as he is available with my insurance plan there is no other doctor that I will see for anything spine related. I don’t trust anyone else for my back health and pray that he doesn’t retire anytime soon. I cannot recommend him enough!

I cannot imagine a more competent neurosurgeon than Dr Jason Weaver. He’s simply the best there is & I’m lucky to be near his office. He’s treated me for over 3 yrs now for 3 melanoma craniotomy’s & a lumbar discectomy, all with extremely fast recoveries. I was referred to Dr. Jason Weaver at Semmes Murphy for back pain and leg pain. Dr. Weaver was very good at showing me the problem on my MRI and X-ray. He clearly explained what was going on and how the procedure to repair it would be done. Dr. Weaver and all of the staff at Semmes Murphy, from office to nursing were very courteous and really cared about my wellbeing. They were very timely in scheduling and preforming the operation. I cannot thank Dr. Weaver enough. When I woke up following my operation, my pain was gone. I would like to personally thank Dr. Weaver and all of the staff at Semmes Murphy. You truly do change people’s lives.

Dr. Weaver has operated on my back 3 times. I have degenerative disc disease with severe osteoporosis. He is very thorough and explains the procedures. He also explains what is wrong on X-rays and MRI’s. I would recommend him for anyone having any type of pain related to the spine.

This is for the entirety of my treatment, including multiple visits. I expected a long, nebulous process but from initial visit through surgery and now post surgery, but my experience has been incredible. I suffered from an L4/L5 disc herniation for 2 years that got progressively worse leading up to the decision to have surgery. From the start, the staff has been very courteous, open and transparent. My surgery was scheduled within 2 weeks of my initial visit. Dr. Weaver was very thorough explaining the process and counseling me about the decision. And finally, 2 weeks post surgery, I am pain free for the first time in 2 years. Really glad I had this done and thankful for dr. Weaver and the Semmes-Murphy staff

I came to Dr. Weavers office in extreme pain. I was in need of some sort of pain relief. He and his staff helped me get just that. We all worked together to get all documentation and imaging that was needed. We came to an appropriate treatment plan and I'm very grateful to have him as my provider.

My daughter, Melenni Harris, suffered a stroke to the right frontoparietal area March 2021. Dr Jason Weaver was the neurosurgeon assigned to her. He removed the right bone. She has done very well. Jan. 27, 2022, Dr. Weaver performed a R frontoparietal cranioplasty to replace Melenni’s bone. She had staples removed today, Feb. 14, 2022. She has had PT at home and Dr. Weaver is referring her to receive outpatient physical therapy. Dr. Weaver is an excellent Neurosurgeon with a very kind demeanor. We are very grateful for him and his nurse, Christine.
