Dr. Saenz has aspirated my elbow bursa twice in three weeks. He is going to remove the bursa in two days. I made an appointment and was able to see Dr. Saenz the same day. We are going on a vacation in two weeks and I explained I would like to have this issue resolved before we leave. I have an appointment for PreOpLabs testing tomorrow and I will have survey the next day. I called on a Saturday and left a message that the elbow was infected. Dr. Saenz was out of state, but called within 30 minutes expressing concern. We discussed options and he said he would have his assistant call the following Monday to schedule the surgery. Who could ask for anything more?

This office runs as efficiently as a Chick-fil-a! Polite, efficient, concerned staff keep things rolling and on schedule. I’ve been a patient since 2007, and have visited both locations. I have NEVER had a long wait nor an unpleasant experience. Dr. Saenz is as equally punctual in the surgery suit, and I’ve had 7, so I think I can attest. He also allows time for all my questions or concerns, never rushing me out the door. I’ve referred several friends to him and they always call to tell me how much they love him.
