Jayanta Dirghangi's Online Review Report Card

Since Dr D has left the office is a mess. I have been calling for 2 weeks and no one answers the phone. I have left messages and haven't got 1 call back. Not sure what the new doctor is doing but its a circus up there. I just want to have my yearly check up and get my medical records released so I can find a new spot.

Dr.Dirghangi is a excellent OBGYN. He has taken care of three generations of my family and well as three of my sisters and their children's, grandchildren. I recommended all of my friends and their children's over the years. Dr. D is a caring doctors that respects all of his patients and make sure they understand all procedures .Thank you Dr.Dirghangi for your many years of services to our community.

Dr. Dirghangi is the best OBGYN out there. He took care of me when I had my son and twins. He also performed a procedure on me when I had an abnormal pap. He accepted me when nobody else would provide care for me because I was already 5 months along. If people complain that he is rude it is because he is direct with you. He does not play about your health so he is not going to sugarcoat anything. I am very sad/heartbroken that he is retiring this year. I don't trust anyone else to care for me. I wish him good health and best wishes now that he is retiring.

The front desk person is the most unprofessional I've ever come across.. I don't like this place. It's like they schedule your appointment and don't comply with the time. It's just frustrating having to sit in the waiting area wondering if you're going to be seen or not. Horrible communication and horrible place. How can you set an appointment for 0830 but nurses and receptionist are walking in 0845? And on top of that, never gets seen until after 0900? Every time I visit this place I get frustrated with the process.

They set a time for you, but they won’t see you till about 2 hours after said time. I didn’t learn or get questions answered. I have tried calling to see results of blood test and they pick up and then hang up. When I call back they disconnect the phones. Lazy and unprofessional. Would not recommend them at all.

Horrible experience..treated me like crap because I have tenncare. Unprofessional and inappropriate.

Dr. Dirghangi delivered me and he has been my doctor for 5 years. I didn't think I would ever be able to get pregnant again and I just gave birth to a baby girl 😊. He got me through a c-section and my baby had her cord around her neck. He can be very direct but I prefer that. The administrative staff will sometimes not let you sign in or hide the appointment sheet or change it out to make it look like you came late and at least his administrative assistant is very difficult about wanting to make you an appointment or anything like that. He used to have his practice elsewhere and the administrative staff he has then were much better.

I've been going to Dr.Dirghangi since I was 16, I am now 31. I've read these other comments, and to say that he forces things on you is very incorrect. He tells you the truth and does not force surgeries and medicines on you as a first option....there is a difference. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS at the age of 16 before going to Dr.Dirghangi. I was told that if I didn't have kids by 25, then I probably wouldn't have kids. I had my baby boy at the age of 30, and Dr. Dirghangi helped get me to that point. If you are weak minded, and don't want the truth, then no, my doctor is not for you. Go somewhere else. But as for me, he'll be my forever doctor!
