Dr. Warren is the best physician I have ever had, but something has happened since another group has taken over. Regional medical center group. This is the 2nd time I've had trouble getting my medication, I have called the office 3 times today for a pain medication refill. I called at 8am 12noon and 3pm because cvs had not received an electronic prescription from the office for my pain medication at 6pm cvs still has not received anything electronically. I know if I am being done this way how many other patients are suffering? I need help I can not afford to go to the emergency room, I am on disability. Something needs to be addressed with the employees of this group and I will most definitely let Dr Warren know how I am being treated. I had to select 1 star because it will not let you post if you dont. Today's date is November22 2019

I am sure he is good, but it should say NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. Spending all of my time trying to narrow down a doctor is very frustrating when one after another doesn't actually accept new patients even though it says they do on this website; as well as, my insurances website.
