I absolutely love Dr. Deneve. A physician on my medical team recommended Dr. Deneve for my colostomy reversal surgery after I had asked for a suggestion of a new surgeon. I am so thankful that he recommended Dr. Deneve!! Wow! Not only is he good looking, he cares!! He took on a challenging surgery when he accepted to help me. He went above and beyond my expectations. He's a surgeon/medical professional I can trust which isnt easy for me. Huge stress relief when your life is in their hands. He listens and answers every question thoroughly and makes sure you understand. He never rushes. I love him and his team! Highly recommend! ***** Best Bedside Manners Ever *****

My husband suffered severe abdominal pain his entire life and spent time end and out of the hospital for many years. In 2018 exploratory surgery was recommended b/c all scans and tests always showed no reason for the pain besides my husband swallowing coins as a child that never passed. In 2018 we met Dr. Deneve and he performed surgery. After 30+ years of pain and suffering finally Dr. Deneve figured out the cause of the pain. Other surgeons in Memphis was afraid to be involved due to so many years of pain. Thank you Dr. Deneve, you have truly changed our lives forever!

Dr. Deneve operated on me (laparoscopic hemicolectomy) about 3 weeks ago. I was very happy with the surgical outcome: very little pain (manageable with just tylenol) and no complications at all. His explanations before and after the procedure were patient, clear, compassionate, and nontechnical. He spent a lot of time with me and my wife explaining what they would be doing in surgery and what I could expect afterwards. He has an excellent bedside manner, listens well, and is open-minded regarding treatment options. He gets my strongest recommendation.

I highly recommend Dr. Deneve. When I received my cancer diagnosis in 2016 I was terrified of what would happen next. I am truly blessed that I found such a caring and compassionate doctor. Dr. Deneve performed my surgery to remove the cancer and is currently overseeing my follow up care. Although I haven’t yet received a remission diagnosis, I know that I am In wonderful hands with this doctor.
