The receptionist (Annette) was not friendly and overcharged me even after telling her she was incorrect regarding my co-pay. I did receive my overage a whole year later. Don't understand why people with NO customer service are located in the front area. The doctor himself was very nice and well read.
I saw this doctor several years ago. He seemed okay at the beginning of the exam but soon rolled his little stool up to my right knee (I was trapped in the rigid exam chair and couldn't move very much) and, enveloping his legs around my right thigh, rammed his crotch into my right knee and held it there. I wiggled back just enough to break the contact... thinking at that point that there's no way that could have been an accident. If it had been any decent person would have said "excuse me" and immediately moved back. It wasn't an accident because a short time later he did it again. I got out of there ASAP and reported him to the office manager (by phone) the next day after it sank in what had really happened. If you're female (he may like men, too, who knows?) and go to this doctor, insist that a female assistant be IN THE ROOM DURING THE ENTIRE EXAM! Otherwise, you may find this guy humping your knee, too. Better yet, just find another doctor who's not a blamed perv!

I provided Wesberry with the doctor exams showing his misdiagnosis and asked for the remainder of the balance due to be dismissed. He refused. When you make a mistake own up to it and correct it. Zero credibility! BEWARE!!!!
BEWARE, I have certified documentation of Wesberry's misdiagnosis from two other Ophthalmologist. A routine yearly visit took 5 hours! Wesberry's eye examination was painful. NEVER in 40 years have I had any exam pain. I asked him to explanation this new to me diagnoses of glaucoma and script he just handed me. He said I had to make another appointment, he didn't have time. I provided Wesberry with doctor exams showing his misdiagnosis and asked for the remainder bill to be dismissed. He refused
4 Hour Visit, most of it spent waiting. Rough, painful exam. All my questions were not answered and was told I would have to make another appointment to talk about the results because he was running behind. Total misdiagnosis that resulted in being given a prescription I should not have been taking. Because the 1st time visit went so poorly that I had little trust in Dr. Wesberry, I made an appointment with a different certified ophthalmologist to confirmation through examination & testing what I had been told by Dr. Wesberry. Turns out not only was the visit with Dr. Wesberry the absolute worst I have ever experienced, but the results were a misdiagnosis. I was referred to another ophthalmologist who checks another condition I have as well and that ophthalmologist also confirmed I had been misdiagnosed by Dr. Wesberry. I turned in a complaint to BCBS insurance along with medical records and test from the two other doctors showing incompetency.
Truly one of the worst experiences in my 44 years of going to ophthalmologists. All in all, I was there 3 hours, which is ridiculous. No one was in outside waiting room when I arrived and only one patient in inner waiting room. My prescription was incorrect. They are just awful about answering the phones. I loved Dr. Fleming years ago and that is why I decided to try this group. Never again..
Wonderful doctor - besides knowing his craft, he is very kind!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
