If there is zero star, I would 100% give a zero, it is no bias, I should have read other bad reviews before I went there. For consultation , the Dr charged me $100 for a eyebag removal consultation while he even defended that all Dr charges the same in Flushing? (Gosh no all doctors are money grabber like him), many doctors in fact provide FREE consultation . The front desk- as other said , rude and cold with no manners. The wait time, it is at least 30 min over your appointment. The worst part is the "manager" Shao, she obviously is a bad salesperson , she didn't provide any professional information regarding the surgery but she cares about $ , when you would bring sales to her. When I said I would think about it, she walked away right away! I am glad such bad experience ended up brought me to another excellent Plastic surgeon. Folks, for this Doctor is not a plastic surgeon, make sure you find the right surgeon for any cosmetic surgery instead of this poor dermatologist.

VERY VERY VARY BAD SERVICE some things she knows well & has confidence but very poor customer service I DID NOT SEE THE SAME FACE AS ON HER PROFILE SMILING FRIENDLY PICTURES -NOOOOOOOO THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE -she is very defensive when you want to see how she looks without the mask to make sure if she is that person & the security guy downstairs is VERY VERY RUDE & don't understand what your talking to him -that was a misleading smiling picture on her profile (the 1st time she was kind of friendly-but the 2nd visit I WAS SHOCKED & DISAPPOINTED)

This place is unprofessional and unethical as medical professional. 10/14 I made an appointment to check my daughter's dermatitis. Her primary doctor put in a referral to this clinic for a new office visit. After waiting for an hour that's passed my 3pm appointment in a crowed medical office ( nervously) with no social distancing rules. We were called into an exam room. A nurse asked some procedural question. After she left a lady come inside with my referral told me that the doctor won't be able to see my daughter. I asked, what's the issue. She said the code of the referral was wrong. I said, what's wrong? It saids new office visit for dermatitis. She then told me that no one use that code, and the code won't allow the doctor to do anything. That code is for a new patient. I said, we are a new patient. She keep referring to that code won't let the doctor do anything. I was so confused. I said, the doctor didn't even see my daughter to make a diagnostic. What do you think you want to do? She ask me to tell my daughter's primary doctor to change the code. We left and almost couldn't get our copay back. It's very clear that this place only wants money and scams any insurance company money. I'm seriously considering writing to consumers affair to report this as insurance scams. Don't go here. Don't risk your health with this medical practice with their disgusting behavior.

Dr. Cui and his nurse Allison are the best!! Dr. Cui diagnosed my wife’s palpitations quickly, explained the condition (WPW syndrome) thoroughly, and cured it with a successful RF ablation procedure. He always encourage and educate his patients on healthy lifestyles and is very knowledgeable. My wife has lost 25 lbs and she is now in her best shape. Thank you, Dr. Cui !

This place is sucks, I hate it. Never come back. I wish I could give negative 10 stars. They schedule every 10 mins per Patient and only one doctor. My appointment is 4:50pm but I have to Wait 6:30pm to see the doctor, I asked the front desk how long I have to wait, she gave me bad attitude, and said only one doctor. Then the guy send me to the room and ask me to wait for the doctor. I hear all the staffs are laughing outside and clearing up for closing. But I am still sit here waiting and waiting.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I was seen by some random who knows what, instead of the doctor. She did not even introduce herself.....what a professional!? and, basically paid $100 for a 2-minute consultation, and was told there's nothing you can do for your condition. The two options are either not effective or you can't afford the procedure. At this point, I'm really pissed off but calmly asked if she can at least explain what the procedure was, but all i got was frequency and total cost of $6000 for treatment. And, a nasty retort: "I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!" .... wow, defensive much! What a waste of time and money, worse experience ever.

I just recently returned to Dr. Cui's office because I switched my insurance. They now have NP-Maggie Jiang; she actually took time to listen to my returned Acne concerns; she discussed what I should look out for and how my returned Acne should be treated with what. She gave me pros and cons. She also gave me a returned phone call with my start up treatment with Accutane. She's a pretty knowledgeable in terms of medication and treatment plan. I like to recommend patients to her; whoever is reading this should go request for Maggie Jiang.

WORST DOCTOR EVER. Dr Yan Wang didn't even touch my skin and just by looking at it she told me I had cystic acne. I asked her a lot of questions bc it looked nothing like acne to me. She then asked me why I keep asking the same question, which was very unprofessional and rude in my opinion. Then asked me to buy this cream from them that costs $80 and told me insurance would not cover it. I went to the pharmacy and found out it is actually covered by insurance. Used it for a week and didn't get better at all so I went to Dr Elaine Kung in Chinatown. She is very knowledgeable and told me it's actually rashes. It'd only make it worse if I used acne products. Gave me a couple sample of cleanser and lotion. It's already getting better after 2 days. DO NOT GO TO THIS MEDICAL OFFICE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS

Go at your own risk. I was seen by a nurse diagnosis was a cyst by sight only. There was no real exam by touch, culture or prescription but a suggestion of surgery. Within three days the cyst was infected. My eyes and cheeks was swollen. I end up going to Urgent Care given antibiotics and bacitracin ointment. I follow up two days later with a real dermatologist. Professional care drain cyst, injection to cyst, culture taken and healing now. What a difference night and day from someone who takes interest in their patience.

I have bad acne skin I went to see the doctor she told me I have to buy they produce can fix my acne I I bought that cost 80 dollar, I used one night it doesn't help I turn to worse, I have more break out can to my skin, like I have allergy, now it look terrible!
