I was a patient of Dr. Scott's for a couple of years at UMC, and then at Dignity. She was very thorough, and kind. Unfortunately, I received a letter in February of 2019 that she is no longer practicing at Dignity, and I can't find her anywhere else.

Although Dr. Scott is a caring and personable physician and I like the care I am given, the manner of how to contact her or an assistant is woefully lacking. I needed to discuss an anticipated specialist procedure she had referred me to so I can make the proper decision and to check the status of my referral as to still valid or not. The phone number for existing patients is worthless. I was on hold for 3 minutes and gave up. Whoever operates the phone contact system needs some serious help.

She was unable to diagnose two fairly simple issues that my new Dr. was willing to take the time figure out. Dr Scott would rather send you to a specialist and have unnecessary and expensive tests run rather than take the time herself. Then her staff does not answer the phone most of the time. Getting a referral passed through takes months fo some reason.

Best primary care doctor I've had in a long time. Dr. Scott is a very conscientious doctor. Her and her staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and give you a strong unferstanding of the medical issues you are facing.

I found Dr. Scott very professional. She was engaging and very thorough. I had swelling in my hand and a possible kidney stone. She explained what I needed to do next, ran some tests, and prescribed some lab tests. My wife and I went away very satisfied with her explanation and scheduled a follow up visit in a week. She was so gracious to get me in on a one day notice. We would definitely recommend her to others.

Dr. Scott was my Primary Doctor two years ago when she as at University of Nevada School Medicine. I understand she may have been new in her practice, however I had a very bad experience with her. she misdiagnosed a very basis problem I was having and sent me to a Specialist. Her overall treatment and professionalism was poor, I suggest go else where !
