DO NOT under any circumstances use this office. The VA Hospital started sending me there a few years ago because of my bad anxiety attacks. What started off good ended up in disaster on 09/10/2022. I saw Dr. Pang, maybe 10 minutes at a time if that. He also at one time wrote me a letter for me to have a service dog. Another time he had a letter drafted about my illnesses also stating in that letter ...

Office staff work quickly and are incredibly helpful. Nurses and support staff are kind. Miss Washington is a very kind, flexible provider. I have been trying to find a medication that works best for me and she has taken all of my concerns and thoughts into account as she works to find a solution. Anytime I share reservations or express issues regarding side effects, she responds quickly and works to solve the problem so we can find a sustainable solution for my mental health treatment plan. I am grateful to have found this psychiatry office, especially since finding the right medication is always such a headache.

This is a wonderful place! They work with you on every level. After my original psychiatrist suddenly retired, I was hesitant to go to anyone else. But, the office made me feel at ease. Mrs. Garrett is the best thing that’s happened in my life! She listens, gives advice, and you just know she cares. The office staff is helpful and work quickly. They seems to use up-to-date technology for different areas, and it’s so helpful! I just can’t say enough good things!!!

The medical professionals at Dr. Pang's have consistently provided me with the best of care for the many years I have been a patient there. They really care about their patients and will go whatever length necessary to help the patient with their particular problems. I would highly reccomend their office to anyone who needed psychiatric care.
