I have been a patient of Dr. Buttross' for around 4 years and have met him or even laid eyes on him. His PA Tara sees me every time and is less than helpful and often rude. She has misdiagnosed me before and every time I am in I get the feeling she is trying to get as much money out of me as possible. I once mentioned pain in my ear at an annual physical and she looked in my ear not 5 seconds and weeks later to my surprise I got a $150 bill for an "ear exam". I gave them several chances to improve but I'll be switching doctors after my most recent experience.

Dr. Buttross has been our provider for over 20 years and he is the best! He is like family. He is thorough and professional but never rushes through his exam or hurries you out till all your questions are answered. His staff is exemplary and always just a phone message away (and they return calls promptly). Tara Holt is the Nurse Practitioner working with him and she is just as qualified and thorough and personable. We would not want to go anywhere else for our health care!!
