My husband is a welder by trade. Went in last week to have a piece of metal removed from his eye. The conversation he overheard from his room in the hallway, was the doctor asking an employee if they had ever removed metal from an eye before. "Just tell him your an intern" was the doctor's reply. My co-pay for a "Specialist" is $125 and is not to be used for inexperienced Betty Boop to be poking around in someone's eye because the "Specialist" either did not want to do it or didn't have time for it. NO RECOMMENDATIONS HERE AND NO MORE VISITS - EVER!!!!!

As a follow up to my first comment. I called the office and the lady was very helpful and said she would take care of it . She was very professional and got it resolved in 5 minutes.Thank you.

I had an appointment and had to cancel it.I got an automated phone call which allowed you to cancel or reschedule. I selected cancel. I got a $25.00 bill in the mail due to "no show"I plan to call the office and see if they ever check their phone system. I will Never go back after this if I have to pay this and recommend you to talk to alive person. William
