I love Dr Ongsingco, I am so excited to have him as my Primary physician! He was very patient and well educated in medical field. He listened to me and explained my problem very well. This person, who does not deserve the title of doctor is rude and shows lack of interest in patients needs. He does not listen and brushes off questions as if he is above you. Performed a covid test on me and for some unknown reason disposed of it (improperly I believe) and turned to do another test without an explanation. When asked why he basically brushed me off and said he was just doing another one. I will never return to BMG as long as he is affiliated with them. Where can I leave NO STARS?

Excellent - a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. The best!!

My Doctor has been very knowledgeable in my care, he diagnosed my problem in the hospital when no one else could, after that I changed Primary Care Physician

Doctor Ongsingco was professional and expedited procedures to have my health issues addressed.

Some physicians would do better to work in a lab with rats than with humans. Dr. Ongsingco is one of those doctors. With my encounter with him at St. Francis Hospital Bartlett, followed him down the hallway after he left my room and told him to his face that I will not tolerate such arrogance from any physician. I told him he would not treat me and told him I would need my care to be transferred to another physician. I'm not sure I ever encountered a physician who cared so little, showed such disrespect, and such a lack of compassion. Without a doubt, he is one of those physicians who might do well to work in a lab with rats, but he should never work with humans. When talking to a hospital representative, I related my experience with him, and she told me they have had several complaints about him. At all costs, please do not let him come near you.

If I could give zero stars, I would have. My mother was under this doctors “care” for 24 hrs and he had already chosen to discontinue psych meds she’d been taking for decades before ever even meeting her. When we explained why this was a bad idea to the dr’s nurses, and asked for the dr, they became very ugly and essentially forced us to discharge my mother. We had to prevent her from becoming even more ill and were told, “She won’t die of mental illness.” My mother had just suffered 4 serious strokes the day before while in Methodist North’s lousy cardiac PT clinic and this dr and his evil nurses refused to even get her a wheelchair to safely make it out of the hospital. Also refused her oxygen to make it to the car. Told us, “good luck, if something happens, we can’t treat her!” to which the nurse working the floor apologized to us and said she’d never seen such treatment in her life. This is how low human beings are being treated by this doctor and his staff at Methodist North! Do yourself a favor and avoid this entire hospital all together.
