Of the 3 women at the front desk I got the rude one Finally got called to the back where I was seen by the only person who was professional and nice I will be buying her lunch because of tht reason alone. Asked about a previous prescription and was met by another rude person who told me I picked up my prescription on yesterday. When I told her I didn’t she rolled her eyes and said well they said you did. So I called the pharmacy and was told the nurse here gave the wrong information and thts why she was told that.

Been going there about 7 years. Recently it's been NOT SO GOOD. I need mammogram and other screening every 6 month for about 1.5 years and couldn't get response from the office and I'm 4 months past due for this. I've tried at least 3 times to get it scheduled NO RESPONSE from them. My PC has to schedule but NO YET. Up until this I had NO ISSUES going there. This could be cancer and I feel like they don't care. Going to look for new Dr.

I don’t think dude have a staff. They are unresponsive. Even went up there, went through Fort Knox Covid check just to get a non response. I guess you need to pay a co pay to get a response.

Dr. Wong is always friendly and has excellent bedside manor. I appreciate how he takes time to answer all my questions and is through with his explanations.

I'm am a new patient and they are very slow . When they took me back one lady took my temp and used a used temperature cover at first and said oops my bad. I havnt been sick in 5 years , now I have got sick 2 days after leaving that place and now it's been 8 days and still sick. I have called this place over and over and still can't get anyone to call me back. . Not sure what to do about It. Will be looking for a new place. Doctors where fine but the staff is slow or over booked not sure.
