I was manipulated by this man. i think for i was a clean and happy person that he wanted to fill his time card and make money without any hard problems, wrong medications did not even remember who i was after seeing him 5 times??? his dress and appearance are strange , i see other review he my have been intoxicated.. this comes to me and rings true , his lazy attitude and slurred speech points to this! his father was an MD. and gave him perscription drugs for everything since childhood. and with his own rx pad its a given that abuse is highly possible..a provider who does nothing for the world but take and degrade from society ... he often smelled of body odor, that is petty but is a problem in close quarters.. i wish i could say he was a good provider i hope he doesnt hurt you or cost someone there life.how does this fall through cracks

this is a dark and scary man, he started out fake nice. he is not intelligent he is again FAKE!. very mentally ill and will harm someone who is sane and say needs help with stress and loss. like talking to wall if walls were inept!

i don't know why he works with public he seems to not like or have any experience with common people. and would say he is inebriated on prescription or illegal drugs . i say this for is violent outbursts i have witnessed !

Stay clear. Dr. Is unaware of most common disorders and will as in my case misdiagnosed . lack of any real life knowledge. Belittling at best. Only good if he likes u he will give rxs
