I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The nurse I met with did not listen to anything I was saying. Instead just spoke over me. They are very quick too prescribe a treatment without analyzing all options. They also bill for every minute you spend on the phone. I truly cannot think of a positive thing to say about this group.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lennon's for several years now. He is always kind and courteous. Most importantly, he is very patient and spends a lot of time explaining the treatment, discussing options, and providing background on any new treatment options. He is a very smart physician and is very thorough in his exams as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Lennon to anyone.

My appt. was scheduled for 9:00 am. I arrived to sign in a 9:10 am, due to a very crowded parking lot with no empty spaces, and the wall directory led me to the 1st floor office,then I had to reroute to the directory again, to find the office is on the 3rd floor.I sat down in the lobby to wait, was called to the front desk at 9:40 am to be told I could not be seen today by the doctor because I was 10 minutes late. EXCUSE ME? Pretty sure my last visit, I waited for over 1 hour to see him!

Dr Lennon himself is both nice and professional...;however, his nurse is extremely rude and discourteous and was so on more than one occasion... We changed neurologists rather than continue to deal with his unkind and oddly ridiculous nurse. We have been shown more courtesy by the staff at the local McDonalds than we were shown by his nurse.

Dr Lennon is great; however dealing with his staff and nurse are horrendous! Nurse is extremely rude and condescending to patients. If you miss an appt they charge $25 and will REFUSE to refill your meds for seizures! His nurse is the most uncaring person I’ve ever dealt with!
