Excellent Psychiatrist. Caring, knowledgeable and compassionate

I don't usually write reviews but am afraid that this doctor does more harm than good. He is always punctual because he looks at the time and gives very short appointments. I had a half hour appointment and because he was running late forced me to finish in 15 minutes.vive given him a chance as I know he us human. However he doesn't listen and is disengaged. He often called me by the wrong name and couldn't remember who I was. He is not knowledgeable on medications and couldn't explain how they worked. He wrote incorrect doses on my scripts. He didn't write a letter to my gp as requested. I had made an appointment to get that letter.bi called twice made anther appointment then had to call again. Finally 4 months later my go got a letter which didn't have the correct information on it. I am just trying to find a new psychiatrist. I will never go back to the delmont again. Seeing Justin has made me feel uncared for and I feel quite down dealing with this. I'm sorry that I had to write this but please don't go to him.

Was honestly so not nice when I went to see him. Left a bad feeling afterwards. Not accurate and not recommend. Mean and horrible. Wish I had never gone there in the first place.

Very approachable with deep knowledge and understanding. Able to explain things in a proficient way that is thought-provoking and can change your perspective. Was sensitive to financial circumstances and demonstrated genuine care, all of which are hard to come by. Thank you.

I saw him for a medicolegal assessment. He wrote a very fair report based on A very good understanding of my issues… I had a significant trauma and he explored my issue with a lot of sensitivity

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone and will be rescheduling with another

An obnoxious psychiatrist. If you struggle with verbal communication and self expression I’m sure this Dr will get it out of you. Repeatedly spells your name incorrectly, and is uncensored in what he has to say about you in your report. On the flip side, at least I have a piece of paper that finally says I’m mentally healthy, so in case it gets questioned for the 900th time, I can shove the report under their noses from a top tiered psychiatrist. I’ll requote someone else here...”way too big on medication” I concur IMHO, yet appears to love “art” and practice “yoga” like a sport. Don’t mention anything about religion with him either. Glad he was my second opinion, and not my first.

A very caring and thoughtful Psychiatrist who works very intuitively. Seemed able to reformulate and reflect my issues in a manner that reflected a deep understanding and compassion. Made to feel very comfortable.

If you are under Dr Lewis care you are blessed. There is not a better, warmer or more caring Doctor. I trusted him with my well being and my life and i am strong today to tell the story. He is an amazibg human, not just a Doctor.
