Like others said. Had MS, little info explained about medication. Asked GP for MS clinic referral. I got it but still went back to her for my appointment. Secretary said that I was dropped since I was going to MS clinic. No phone call to tell me. Nothing. Learned more at MS clinic in 1 appointment than all my time with her. Glad to be gone.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS !!! My husband was diagnosed with MS. She left him untreated for 4 years . When we received a referral to the MS clinic ( from out family MD) for PT and OT ( which she would not provide for us ) she refused to see him. No phone call from her office to tell us. We drove 40 minutes into London for an apt to learn she had dropped him as a patient. ( a yellow sticky note was left on his chart, read to us by her staff) ABSOLUTELY classless and completely unprofessional !! She should have had the professional courtesy to notify us herself. Dont waste your time with this one! Ask for another referral
She was my neurologist for 12 years. No complaints whatsoever. Staff is busy and can't always pick up the phone, but you always get a quick call back. As I said, no complaints!
Worst doctor (?) ever. Told me I should stop drinking coffee, after just a few questions. Found out from another neurologist, I have an aneurysm. She also told me my family doctor is just a family dr., because she couldn't handle more medical school!!!!
I myself do not go to Dr. Kaye but my daughter does. She might has well not even have a Doctor. No one answers the phone, you leave a message and the receptionist calls you back. You will be lucky to get a phone appointment with Dr. Kaye. Numerous times my daughter has had to give the receptionist the questions she wanted answered and Julie would be the one to call back with the answers. Dr. Kaye has given my daughter incorrect information on a couple of occasions. I understand that the clinic is closing in the near future, too bad it wasn't sooner so my daughter would have received the medical care she needs.
I was referred to Dr Kaye for a second opinion and she is absolutely lovely. I was not happy with my other neurologist but Kathy has been so much more organized, way more patient and very thorough. Her staff ensures things are getting done and are very pleasant to deal with. I am so glad she took me on as a patient. She is wonderful.
Right now. My wife is watching over me making sure I don't leave and end my life. All because this bad Dr Kathy Kaye. This Dr didn't seem to care about me. For Covid reason only met today off Phone call. This Dr diagnosed me over the phone is how we're living now.
It would definitely be nice if they answered their phone. On top of it, the receptionist here has a miserable attitude and will take any chance she can get to make you feel bad. Dr Kaye herself is helpful and thorough, but is not very friendly and pretty impatient. I am already having major health problems, so there is no need to make me feel worse than I do. More patience and understanding would go a long way. I'm glad I got some scans quickly, but they are useless if nobody answers my calls.
We just had our first visit with Dr. Kathy Kaye. I support my sister at her medical visits as she is deaf, very anxious with strangers especially for medical contact, has multiple physical challenges and a learning disability. To prepare my sister for this visit Dr. Kaye and her receptionist Julie called me with a list of all the contact and steps of the appointment. We practiced and reviewed several times before the day of the appointment. This made my sister much more comfortable and prepared, and helped set up this appointment to be successful. We arrived early and Dr. Kaye took us in early. She even met us in the waiting room to guide us back in person! My sister and I were both very impressed at Dr. Kayes friendly nature, thoroughness, interest in my sister and of the care I was providing her. She thoroughly answered our long list of questions. Her interview of current health and long time history was very detailed. With genuine interest she viewed the videos I brought of my sisters seizures and asked a lot of insightful questions. Dr. Kaye was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. Her hands-on examination was adapted to my sisters challenges and given with a professional, friendly and humerous nature. Before we left, Dr. Kaye made sure we had a plan, future follow up, and appropriate tests for what my sister can handle best. We never felt rushed, and to accommodate our needs the visit did extend past the regular first visit appointment time. Considering the many medical visits my sister has had in her lifetime and the multiple challenges she faces, we consider this appointment to be one of the best first visit contacts she has ever had with a doctor, especially with a specialist that needs to do hands on assessments. We are looking forward to meeting with Dr. Kaye again and to finding resolution to the seizures. I would recommend Dr. Kaye to anyone, especially patients who need special consideration and extra patience.
Dr Kaye is great, her assistant unfortunately has a major attitude problem and sees everything you ask of her as a huge inconvenience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
