Dr. Spiers is an excellent physician who takes the time to talk to her patients rather than rushing in and out of the exam room. . In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about my rare condition, she has a caring bedside manner.

I find Dr. Spiers rude and uncaring. She is in a field of medicine where the patients are very ill and she is lacking in compassion. She treats her patients like numbers. My mother was diagnosed with colon cancer and she was her doctor. She did not do enough to help my mother. My mother died from colon cancer. She did not even come back to the hospital when my mother died to do what she should have done instead she sent a doctor that I had never seen before. She did not care at all. She did not try to do all that she could have done for my mother.

Dr Spiers is fine. It's her snarky nurse. Just very strange. When a normal.person would say "yes, of course we will help you" it's a very clipped answer. She would never say "how're you doing?" when she sees you or is on the phone. Not very caring at all. Just snippy.

She always takes the time to listen to me, answer my questions, and thoroughly explain things to me. She works hard to find solutions for me.

I have always found her to be very caring and willing to spend whatever time necessary to make sure all your concerns are answered. After reading other negative comments, they must be talking about someone else. In my opinion, she's a great and compassionate doctor.

Scheduling staff, bobby, extremely unprofessional. After scheduling problems she said to us "when I leave you a message I'm done with you". But mishandled a bone marrow biopsy & refused to acknowledge it. At our 3rd apt. Now with still no answers. Still waiting & it's already been more than 2 hours since apt. time.

Dr. Spiers is a great doctor. She is very intelligent. She listens to you. She runs all necessary tests. Everything is taken care of in the office. The staff is very kind. It is worth the wait to get an appt.

She's not nice. And if you question why or want more info, she gets mad. She is quick to decide to send you home with nothing without explanation. She doesn't return phone calls so you sit and wonder what is going on. She was not nice to my mom. Guess she thought my mom was just ignorant.

Dr. Spiers is the worst doctor. No compassion for her patients and never returns phone calls.
