I am a hospital secretary who works at Metro Health and was trying to call Dr. Kalra's office in Greenville to schedule a follow-up appointment for a patient who was discharging that day. I was put on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on. I called back and was on hold for another 15 minutes only to be told by the secretary that she doesn't make appointments for that office. This caused a very unprofessional delay in patient care. The patient left without the appointment being updated. We are disappointed.
