I drove 4.5 hours to visit Campbell Clinic because of insurance reasons but it was well worth it. Dr. Williams took time to listen, explained my condition and how he could help in detail. He even made an informative video. He scheduled me quickly. I was in the hospital for 3 days but his staff and the hospital staff made sure my surgery AND recovery went well and I was satisfied. They returned my calls (multiple) quickly and were always friendly and attentive. He fixed the problem I'd had for 5 years and other doctors had dismissed as a casualty of being a former fat person. He genuinely wanted me to recovery. He is sometimes curt and matter-of-fact but very knowledgeable. He gave me back my life. :)
