I had a great experience and will refer her to my friends!

This woman cannot possibly have finished Dental school. her skills and knowledge base are blatantly poor and she is rude and disrespectful to both staff and patients. I got a bill from six years ago for one hundred twenty dollars that the insurance was suppose to pay. I suspect double billing here. She needs to. Be. Investigated. I had a filling she did to come out. I went back in and she had a student or an assistant to repair it. I am totally honest here. also, she asked me to sign a form indicating that if she went into the tooth to fill it and find other problems, I give permission for her to correct the issue. I said I would not be comfortable. She became visibly enraged and told me that It was standard practice and went on and on. I knew then I would never set foot in that hell hole of an office of hers. Please... If you are looking for a good dentist. Keep shopping. I guarantee, you wont get your money's worth and you will likely get ripped off.

I have one word to describe Dr Turner...UNPROFESSIONAL. She is rude to her staff and disrespects them in from of patients. Her scope of practice is very limited, in comparison to other Dentists that I have seen. She will try to charge you for services that she was incapable of doing properly (ie.fillings, and crowns). She has no clue on how to speak to patients in a manner other than dental terms. Then when you ask her a question, she acts like you are stupid for not knowing the answer. NEWS FLASH Dr Turner...I am not a dentist, and apparently neither are you. You are more of a dental hygienist, since all you know how to do is a cleaning! She bills patients incorrectly, then send them a higher bill via mail later. The only thing her staff will say is that the accidentally quoted you incorrectly. Then they won't even cover any of their "accidental costs". I would NEVER advise anyone to go to her. She is the worst!

I'm very disheartened to have to write this review. I liked Dr. Turner and returned to her even when my dental insurance expired. I referred my then fiance, now husband over to them to have his wisdom teeth removed. The billing office assured him that his insurance was verified when he asked them during the confirmation call AND before he checked in for the procedure. Two years later, we received a collection call out of the clear blue sky for $900 dollars. Not only did this office NOT verify the insurance as they had claimed, they didn't even send us a bill. They sent us straight to collections. They acknowledged that they screwed up, and had NOT, in fact, verified the insurance like they had told us, and still refused to help with the bill in any small way or accept some financial responsibility. Now we're stuck battling with a collection agency and our credit scores may be screwed up.
