Kenneth Moore's Online Review Report Card

First things first I am an anxious dental patient. I am newish to Dr Moore's practice. I must say the two times I have been have been the best dental experience of my life. Dr. Moore himself is knowledgeable and attentive. He is very good at explaining exactly what is going on and what he is going to do. Usually I white knuckle my way through a cleaning holding on to the arms of the dental chair for dear life. Both times I have been super impressed with the hygienist, - I got an incredibly thorough cleaning with none of the occasional jabs, bumps or hitting of a nerves that like I have received in other dental offices). Early on in the cleaning I realized my heart rate was not going a mile a minute and I could actually stop clutching the arm rests. Bernadette at front desk is welcoming, personable and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Moore is incredible. Skilled at his craft and a truly compassionate person. A true professional in his field.

Very rarely do I have dental issues, that being said, I want to hyper venilate every time I have any work done. Dr. Kenneth Moore and staff are wonderful. They make you feel so at ease I don't have those horrible episodes of be uncomfortable. They will talk you through each step and genuinely care. The office makes you feel comfortable against the virus as well. I would highly recommend this office. MM

I met Dr Moore at Dr Loomis's office in San Carlos. I was so impressed with him that I followed him to his new office. Dr Moore has an excellent chair-side manner. He is open, honest, and compassionate. I highly recommend him for your general dentistry needs.

I had to find a dentist office to bring my elderly mother who was visiting and complaining of an awful toothache. My regular dentist is closed on Monday so I called a bunch of places and Bernadette offered me a spot right away. I explained that we had no insurance for her. They were very reasonable and only took one picture / radio to make sure everything was fine. I want to command Dr Moore and all the staff for their friendliness and how they can deal with elderly / anxious patients.I was pretty sure she was fine, but you confirmed it and reassured her. You are now going to be my second go to dentist. Thanks

PHENOMENAL service in all aspects: from the moment they greet you, to the time spent in the chair, and all the way up to the moment you walk out the door, Dr. Moore and his entire staff create a fantastic experience. I do not live in the area, but they helped me quickly with an urgent issue, and with great results. I do not live in the area but I visit often enough that will actually be selecting the team as my regular care providers.

Bernadette was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help my boyfriend who needed a last minute appointment before he could be cleared for his military deployment! Dr Moore was friendly, professional and I would highly recommend going to this clinic as they definitely know what they are doing! The staff made me feel at ease and my appointment went exactly according to schedule! 5 of 5 stars, highly reccomend.

Where do I even begin with this amazing office?! I was referred to Dr. Moore by my primary dentist who raved about his cosmetic dentistry work. And I have been so pleased with every single part of my dental journey with this office. Upon walking into the office, you are greeted by Bernadette, a bubbly, joyful, Disney-princess-like front desk employee who will have you grinning from ear to ear the moment you step foot in the office. Dr Moore is not only talented but also has the same level of joy and happiness that must somehow be pumped through the air vents in the office. I came into the clinic after being diagnosed with a root resorption problem that required the removal of my front tooth and a dental implant. After a significant amount of research I knew I needed a talented cosmetic dentist for a flipper retainer, and then a dental crown. He was so helpful in referring me to the best dental implant specialist in the west coast (Dr. Pasquinelli). After the surgery, I came to Dr Moore for my dental flipper and it seriously looks even better than the tooth that was once there. I am returning back to Dr Moore for the dental crown in 4 months and seriously cannot wait to see the final result. He is the best of the best and I cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Moore recently took over Dr. ALan Goodwin's practice. I met Dr Moore yesterday while I was having my teeth cleaned by Tiffany who's great. Dr Moore was very pleasant and seemed concerned about my dental health. I think I'll say hear as a patient but I miss Dr Goodwin.
