Office staff was not friendly, Dr Taylor was not friendly, very rushed, paperwork that I needed her to fill out was not done, I will not be back, my first and last appointment with her.

Dr. Kristal Taylor-very inconsiderate, very short, didn’t allow me to explain my history, didn’t care about what I came in the office for, she was very rushed, made me feel like I was just another paycheck. She didn’t bother to have any hormone panels ran, didn’t care to even take a urine sample. She jumped to we’ll schedule you for a biopsy, not even considering my age or my history of menstrual & hormone issues. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to ask any questions before she darted out the door. All other staff members were more welcome & had a more caring & compassionate attitude than she likely ever will. Dr. Taylor, you are disgraceful to Ruch’s Women’s Hospital/Clinic. It’s because of your lack of care, lack of concern, inability to listen to your patients needs, & complete disregard to provide compassionate care that I will never return to see you again. Each patient you see, you need to think of them as if it were you or your loved one.

Dr. Taylor has been my favorite OB/GYN to date. She is very approachable and knowledgeable. The staff is amazing too, everyone in Ruch clinic from the doctors to support staff are friendly.

Dr. Kristal Taylor is a total professional. She performed my total hysterectomy on September 10, 2020. Dr. Taylor made me feel completely informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Taylor has been my obgyn since coming to memphis. She was there through my family’s fertility issues and the birth of my daughter. She even helped me realize I had slight postpartum depression after the birth of my daughter and referred me to a great provider to help. She really cares about her patients and gets to know them thoroughly. She is amazing!

She makes me feel like I’m taking with a friend. She really listens and educates you in a very professional but gentle and caring way! I only see her once a year but she remembers every detail of me, my health, my issues and even my children. I’ve seen a good amount of OBGYN during my life and she has been the best so far!
