Normally very Timely ..staff is cordial..Dr Martin very caring...my last appt was a tough one..worked in..well over an hr wait..Dr Martin sincerely apologized a number of times...***that wait time rarely happens....!

Less than one star! Called Insurance company to see if this place was In Network. Yes, they are. Need two tests with co-pay of $35 each, and a prior authorization for the insurance company to be completed by Dr. McElya. The "girl" answering the phone insists they do NOT issue prior authorization requests. Also insisted that $35 copay was probably not their standard rate. I had just talked to the Insurance company 3 minutes before. While trying to explain what they said, she just talked over me repeatedly as though she had all the answers. I assume when McElya joined the Network, procedures were explained to him?? Obviously his dim witted clerk had not been trained, and knew nothing about them She hung up on me as I tried to explain what the Insurance company had just told me.I recommend you avoid this place. The "know nothings" live there. Imagine what the medical practice could be like.

I have been seeing Dr Martin for over 2 years now she delivered my son and I had a really great experienced with her. She was very patient with me in the delivery room and through out the whole pregnancy I feel like she cares about me .Now I am pregnant again and I choose her again as my Dr I feel like I'm in great hand I highly recommend her.
