My Dad was sent to Encompass for rehabilitation after being released from the hospital. The care he received was exceptional! The rehab team was led by Andre who worked with my dad to regain some of his mobility. What an awesome job he did. Any concerns that I had were handled immediately. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is considering care for an elderly parent. The Encompass team was outstanding, and very caring!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. SPENT 3 WEEKS IN ANOTHER REHAB AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE BUT THIS PLACE IS FIRST CLASS. KIND AND COMPASSIONATE STAFF AND GOOD FOOD SURPRISINGLY.

This facility is awesome! Newly updated and truly an amazing staff. Have never encountered such a patient focused atmosphere and attitude from every person I’ve worked with. I will highly recommend Encompass to anyone needing rehab care.

I was discharged unable to return to home and too quick, Pt was exercise from wheelchair,I was unable to walk much,many group sessions with less,ot.was getting dressed and in a wheelchair,never given the opportunity to sit on a toilet,left messing in bed,no1.5 hours as needed,I did get help getting a wheelchair and new afo braces ordered.I had a shoulder injury from lifting my arm while getting the plate under my back for X-ray.I ended up with chronic severe pain which has left me bedridden and unable to go up and down stairs at home.I can not use my toilet at home now.I can not get in my wheelchair from couch I slept on..I may have go to a nursing home before functioning at home.I can no longer get to my medical appointments as previously.I need a stretcher or wheelchair pickup.When I asked for more time I got discharged and no goals were achieved.Psychologist was only 1visit and I needed help.Most staff were nice,food was okay after a few days.I left much worse than previous,no hope,denied on more rehab.I did not want to end up in a nursing home.My home is unlivable in my present state.I needed improvement.I do not know if I will recover now.No goals were addressed,I am unable to walk with a cane,I can not drive,I can barely get in a car now.I am wheelchair bound.with little hope left.I need to get the therapy I asked for and was promised.I got denied inpatient acute rehab for 5 times last year and now crippled with no life and no business and unable to drive

Clean facility but the nurses have such nasty attitudes. They will not come when called upon. If they do come, they are rolling their eyes or not getting you what you need. The physical therapists here are wonderful. However, this is the worst place to leave your loved one if they need any type of nursing care. I would give half of a star, if that much...

Ok day one two meals .food is cold not very good .i have not gotten my prescribed meds for pain. The staff is great real friendly.but I will leave if problems are not fixed update Dr.corrected the med problem.the staff real got involved and fixed all the problems

This place is the worst!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.My Father is currently there. When we arrived this morning, my Dad was soaked in urine and his dinner had been in his lap from last night. He is a recovering Stroke patient. Ne has to have assistance eating.. The Nurses and CNAs have told our family that they are way too busy and have too many patients. Very unconcerned and no sympathy for what patients are going through. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I had to hear a whole story from a CNA about how she hate this job and talking about her coworkers. I can't wait for my Dad to come home. He will DIE in this place if it's left to this nursing staff. Please check around with other Rehab facilities before sending your love ones. My Dad is recovering well on his own, and they are making it really tough on his recovery.

Staff leaves patients on toilet unattended for a long period of time (even when family members are present). Patients request for showers or other help no one comes back to assist them.

Hi may i know what is the color of scrub suit uniform in this branch of encompass health for nurse? Thank you

This hospital on Union goes above & beyond! The nurses are top notch. The doctors and therapists are so caring. Even the nurse assistants pay attention to detail. The hospital is clean & looks newly built with nice furniture and all equipment looks new. I was so impressed with everything. Keep up the good work, you are appreciated! ♡♡♡
