List of Malini Gupta Md's Reviews
My wife is a patient of Dr Gupta. She has osteoporosis and gets an infusion once a year for it. It is extremely hard to get the staff to schedule the injections and return my calls.I usually have to make 4 or 5 calls before they schedule it. This has happened for the past three years she has been seeing De Gupta. Dr Gupta and the staff are very nice, however it is a chore to get the injections scheduled. Very frustrating!!
Several relatives of mine have seen this doctor recently and she spends all of her time shaming patients who do not agree with her stance on the supposed "vaccine". She is the most disrespectful doctor that our family has EVER dealt with. There's no room to question anything with her because she "has a degree" and is smarter than the normal minions that come to her office. If a doctor can't treat patients better than she does, their license should be pulled. It's easy to see where her agenda comes from with just a couple of minutes of conversation.
Wait time 2 plus hours You go in for your labs 1 week before appt - 30 min wait You go in for your appt to receive results of labs - 2 hour wait You get 5 mins with Dr Gupta
Dr. Gupta may be a good doc. Great no, but good The wait time is as follows: Go in for labs before your appt: 30-45 min Appt wait time: 2 plus hours How long you will see the doc: 5 minutes It is not necessary to go back every 3 mos to do this over and over Wasted time.
The wait time at the moment is 2 plus hours. Dr Gupta is overwhelmed and not able to focus on test results or next steps.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta for about 10yrs now, recommended by my Cardiologist, who is one of the top in the area so I knew she came highly recommended. I have been so pleased with her expertise, care and the time she gives to listen & understand what is going on.
Dr. Gupta always gets my refills in on time and never a second later. She is very efficient with her time with me. Her new staff are excellent; they always respond to my emails and calls. The front desk never leaves me on hold for more than 4 minutes and are very polite with their tone and words in person and on the phone. Whenever it’s time for my appointment the wait time is never over 10 minutes and she is extremely punctual. Her practice always follows CDC rules by always having their masks on and above their noses. Dr. Gupta spends time with and for me. During my visit, she often brings good topics to the table.
Patient wait time is horrible. Gupta refuses to send in refills and return answers if you owe a balance. The staff literally told me she can’t answer that until you pay your balance. I had no idea I had a balance be cause I pay my co payment every time. I attempted to use the number the staff gave and it turns out The number to pay your balance goes to someone’s personal cell phone. So I have no confidence in that. Once you’re able to actually interact with her she is wonderful very understanding and a great listener. However, she does not go over lab results with you, you have to make another appointment and pay another fee for that. This was my 3rd and last time trying with her. It makes me very sad. No one wants to talk about hot Brazilian guys every visit.
The wait time in the office is long, then you go to another room and wait another long time and when you do get to see her, I didn't feel like I had her 100% undivided attention because she is inputting other patient's information into the computer while talking to you. I just don't feel like I got the attention I needed. She requested I cut out certain types of food altogether and take lots of medicines. That was not a good combination for me.
Three months and I still haven’t received a call. Meds are not filled and I’m still waiting. Nothing has been done. I’m done with this doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
