Dr. Biggers was very sympathetic my pain. His analysis of the problem and treatment options were spot on.Highly recommended.

This was my second visit with Dr. Biggers and both times he was friendly, kind and helpful. He was also matter-of-fact about my condition and what I should be doing about it, which I thought was a good combination.

Dr. Biggers and his staff were very kind and actually listened to me. As an 18 year old patient I often feel unheard. I highly recommend him.

I went to see him about shoulder rotate cup. Got x-rays, etc. He told me I had 3 choices. He never actually looked at my shoulder, swelling or anything. I was trying to ask him some questions and he kept interrupting saying I had 3 choices. I'm 63 years old. I've seen every kind of dr you can think of, including other orthopedic drs and offices. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DR EVER AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HIM TO MY WORST ENEMY

Dr. Bigger is a good orthopedic.I have nothing to say but good things about Dr. Bigger. I have seen him twice and he was very good. He is very professional and it didn’t take long for him to find out what was wrong with me. He also discussed my medicine and my treatment for my condition. He is a very friendly guy. I don’t like to read negative reviews. I’m the type of person that goes by what I find out for myself .

I’m 45 with patellarfemoral oa that has been flaring. Have had a few knee surgeries already for recurring patellar sublux. He recognized my experience in dealing and offered the options I’d expect. PT, knee brace, steroid injection, gel injection and steroid pack. We discussed, he gave his professional opinion and aligned on a path forward. There was very little wait time and the staff were friendly. I appreciate finding a highly experienced surgeon with bedside manner. Overall, great experience. I will continue seeing him and would so far recommend him to others with knee issues.

Best sports medicine doctor out there. He is very thorough and explains everything to you. Very kind and accessible.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Biggers which turned into the last time I'll ever see Dr. Biggers. I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 to be seen at the Arlington office since I couldn't get a sooner appointment with the Dr I normally see at the Bartlett office. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited almost an hour to get back to the exam room. Waited some more...got some X-rays taken, then went back to the exam room and waited some more. Dr. Biggers finally came in the exam room and said he looked at my X-rays and they looked good. Had me lift my arms which was painful for me then said he'd normally give a shot but in this case he'd prescribe a steroid pack since it seems I have inflammation in more than one area. I agreed since I don't have any idea what kind of shot he would have given me. Then he went on to say the best thing for me was physical therapy. I told him I didn't have time to commit to physical therapy with my work schedule. I know therapy is usually 6 to 8 weeks 2 to 3 times a week and he said he's had patients that are better within 4 weeks. I declined and said again, whether it's 4 weeks or 6 weeks, I cannot commit to that because I simply don't have time. He said there's no "quick fix" for this and "taking a pill" to make it all better wasn't going to work. I stated again I cannot commit to physical therapy, but would take the steroids and if I'm not significantly better in a week or two I could come back and then we'd discuss physical therapy. He said he could give me some exercises to do at home in the meantime. I told him that was right up my alley and would work better for me for the time being. He asked me if I had any questions I told him I needed a note and it would be great if it could excuse me from work for Thursday Friday and Saturday and I should be done with the steroids by the time I need to go back to work on the following Wednesday. He didn't respond to me, got up out of the chair he was sitting in, opened the door, walked out and slammed the door. That was the last I saw of Dr. Biggers. His nurse came in a few minutes later with at least 30 pages of literature and exercises and a note stating I was seen by him that day, nothing for Thursday, Friday or Saturday like I asked. I mean, he prescribed me steroids for inflammation which was obvious, he knew I have an extremely physical job because I told him, but wouldn't even give me a note for 3 days off to allow the steroids he prescribed to work effectively and didn't even communicate that he would not give me a note. I've never been treated so poorly by a so called Dr. He was only interested in getting me signed up for physical therapy and when I didn't cave and commit to that he pretty much didn't want to help me whatsoever. I didn't ask for pain killers, I didn't ask for anything, but a note so I could rest my back while taking the medicine that he prescribed. In total he spent about 3.5 maybe 4 minutes with me. I will never return to Dr. Biggers. Appointment time was 2:30, I didn't walk out of the office until 4:13. What a colossal waste of my time.

Dr. Biggers and staff are great. He fixed my rt. Shoulder rotator cuff, surgery went great, but the follow up he's provided to me has been excellent. I had a few issues and he got me in right away ,no appointment, just come in. I feel I can call him anytime and he will help and explain any issues I might have. I would recommend him to anyone, very caring man

Appointment time was 2:30, didn't get finished with the appointment until 4:12. Dr. Biggers was of no help. He pushed physical therapy even when I explained I have no time for physical therapy, I work 5 days a week. I asked him for a note excusing me from work so I can rest my back the rest of the week, he looked me in the eye, said nothing then left the room slamming the door. A nurse came in and gave me a note stating I was seen in the office today and that was it. Push physical therapy even though I have a very physical job, when I decline physical therapy he can't even give me a note so I can rest. If I could give zero stars I would. Note: every single person that left the exam area while I was out in the waiting room went over to be scheduled for physical therapy. Every. Single. One. Dr. Biggers isn't interested in listening to the patient, he's just interested in scheduling physical therapy.
