A WONDERFUL DOCTOR OFFFICE AND SERVICE
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Take Heed to this experience. This is a follow-up to a earlier review. I kepted calling the office trying to get my prescription called in for arm pain, just to find out they had been lying the whole time saying..."there's nothing wrong with you" "you have a upper respiratory infection" "sinus medicine just been called in". The lies kept coming so I asked if Dr. Reeves could come to the phone so we can get an understanding of what's going on. Quickly the staff said he's on a conference call. I then had no other choice but to write this review in hopes that no one else have to go through and experience this trauma. All I can say is record your conversations while there, and get whatever paperwork you can before leaving. My son and I was referred by highly respected people. Now I have to let them know of my experience. Dr. Marcus Reeves is incompetent of treating patients. I will report this to the medical board as well.

He is an awesome Doctor
The office there is horrible and that’s why I switched to another doctor.
He is very attentive and he listen. He is very through and compassionate. He is an excellent physician.
I see Dr. Marian Smith and she is amazing. She is prompt and thorough. I don't feel rushed but she doesn't take a long time and she will discuss this issues and explains the WHY without you having to ask a lot of questions. I am very pleased.
Excellent Practitioner who does the most important aspect of providing Healthcare: relating and listening to his patients.
It is too hard to schedule an appointment.I have tried for two years. The office staff always turns me away. I have high blood pressure and I need a refill on my medicine. DISAPPOINTED STEVIE REDDICK

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
