In my personal experience…….Unreliable, not dependable, untrustworthy

Dr. Cox is not good at following up on what she says, unless you leave her office with prescription in hand, don’t bother calling to get one. Same goes for references to other Dr. office. She will not do anything by phone, just wants more visits. I was satisfied with her when just seeing her once a year for physical but if you have a real problem I would NOT recommend her.

Dr Cox always spends the time to listen , then involves us in helping to find the solutions and meet our healthcare goals. She is always pleasant and thorough. Thankful to have her to coordinate our care. Quite accessible, too, via the My Mercy app. Thanks for your care, Dr Cox...

I love Doctor Cox. My husband and I both use her. She is very understanding and cares for her patients.

I have a special needs child and I feel Dr Cox has gone above and beyond for him. She actually listens to me and explains things very well. I am so glad we found her to help my son!

After being told I had a critical condition to stay by the phone for an emergency appointment and to make a long story short I didn’t hear from her. After waiting tried calling the office and couldn’t get past her nurse. Thru ER was sent by ambulance to Tulsa and had emergency surgery that night. I became paralyzed and have been working back trying to get to where I was when I saw her. I don’t understand the lack of caring.

After battling depression and struggling to find the correct medication for me, Dr Cox has nonchalantly refused to see me. I feel as though she has judged me as a no good drug addict which is very unfair. I've been seeing the nurse practitioner now for 2 years because Dr Cox NEVER has an opening for me. I feel as though she owes me an explanation.

Dr. Cox is very caring, knowledgeable, and a great listener. I called for an appointment to see her because I was very sick and was able to get an appointment in less than an hour. I waited for maybe 15 minutes at her office before being called back. Her examination and assessment was thorough and she asked lots of questions. Her diagnosis was accurate and with a little help from antibiotics I'm on the road to recovery. Would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Cox is so thoughtful and will spend as much time as you require. She explains each diagnosis and what care you will receive. I've gone to her for several years now and she feels like family. We adore her!

Excellent communication skills. Always personable have checking on my family. One of the more helpful doctors I have seen & the most successful in helping me manage my asthma & allergies.
