I've been seeing Dr Hurley for 20 years , the longest I've ever been with the same Dr. Obviously there are reasons for this: compassion, knowledge of her profession and me! Yes, there are problems with the scheduling; but alot of that is due to the time she takes with each of her patients. Her staff is much better than it used to be, no complaints about the cleanliness of her office and the exam rooms, the wait times are extreme at times; but Dr Hurley's worth the wait for me personally. Plan to wait, I haven't been to many physicians in Memphis where you didn't have to wait for one this in demand. This one is worth it!

this dr. is a total joke if you are looking for someone that care. I went to her for several of years to only find out she didn't really care when an issue came up. they only care about the money because your health is not her concern.

Dr Hurley was our PCP for over 20 years. I always said she helped raise our daughter. She is an incredible Diagnostician with the bedside manner of a Momma or a favorite aunt. She saved my husband's life several times with her quick and knowledgeable response to his symptoms. She blew away our (at that time) teenage daughter when she correctly diagnosed an endocrine issue with one generic symptom presented. She kept me safe and sane for over 20 years. We are in Cleveland OH now. Cle. Clinic is great but is no better that MM Hurley MD. I miss her. Thank you so much Dr H!

She’s a WONDERFUL doctor, but this office will have you sign paperwork saying they charge you for being 15 mins late. For all the years I’ve seen Dr. Hurley, I consistently wait wait 1.5 hours or more to be seen, even if I try to get here early.

I have been going to this doc. for years and I thought she was the nicest person because of the smile and conversation during the visit. However, when a health issue came up that she over looked without giving me the proper care and attention led to an attitude and rudeness that I didn’t know she had. I saw the real Dr. Hurley when a health issue can up and then she brushed it off like it was nothing and referred me to another doctor. She didn’t apologize for not noticing the problem but she did say she knew it was something but didn’t know it was that bad. Like really , you knew it was something. People don’t be fooled with the smile because I wasted years and time going to this doc. To later find out she didn’t care. I’m only telling this story because I thought she was the best doc. In Tennessee. But run if you are looking for a doc. That really care about your health and treat you well when there is an health issue.

My family has seen Dr. Hurley for years. She spends extra time in each patients room which is great, however this causes longer waiting times. Something you need to know. Her office staff is VERY LAZY! You have to show back up @ Dr. Hurleys office in person and beg to have any referrals, prescriptions or any paperwork completed. They are extremely unprofessional and will hang up & ignore all of your phone calls

Great experience with Dr. Hurley. Would recommend to anyone seeking care.

I have been with for a little over 23 years. She has seen me go through some pretty rough stuff but she has always been there when I need her. Her and her staff are great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s down to earth with great bedside manner. I am in complete shock over reading the negative reviews. I have never had a problem from here.
