Terrible! She feels entitled because of her husband's position with the company. She's ALWAYS very late to her appointments (wait time is ridiculous)!! She rushes you when she finally comes into the room and doesn't address the concerns that you have but addresses what she wants to and expects to be paid. She has too many patients and needs to consider retiring! As well as her husband!!

I saw Dr. Woodall while my main Dr. Was on vacation. And while I understand her reasoning for denying my request, her was of doing it was rude and lacked any empathy. She literally spent less than five minutes with me, didn’t even say hello or introduce herself, and showed no concern for me as a patient. I would not recommend anyone to her.

Horrible experience. Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time to finally be seen and when I was seen the doctor did not address what I had set the appointment for. Will never go here again.

Dr. Melanie Woodall has been my doctor for over 10 years. I go to her for all medical issues. She is very detailed and her communication skills are outstanding. I have so much trust and confidence in her. I highly recommend her! I visit the Perkins Ext location. I also appreciate the staff at this location.

Dr. Melanie Woodall has been my doctor for over a decade. I go to her for all my medical needs. She always makes me feel so at ease and has outstanding communication skills. Her exams are very detailed and l leave her office feeling very confident in the exams and testing she does. I highly recommend her as a doctor. I always make my appointments at the Perkins Ext location and am most pleased with all the staff at this location.

She takes her time and listens to you. We've seen her since 1996 and continue to see her even when we lived 600, 170 and now 190 miles away. She is very caring and compassionate. We'll keep seeing her as long as she still practices. Really good doctors are hard to fine, but we found her. Great doctor.

I made an appointment at 2:30 and arrived on time. By 5:00, I was still waiting to be seen by a doctor. If you have hours to sit in a cold waiting room for an overbooked doctor, then this place is the place for you. If you value your time, stay away
