I have so much trust and confidence in her. I highly recommend her! I visit the Perkins Ext location. I also appreciate the staff at this location.

She takes her time and listens to you. We've seen her since 1996 and continue to see her even when we lived 600, 170 and now 190 miles away. She is very caring and compassionate. We'll keep seeing her as long as she still practices. Really good doctors are hard to fine, but we found her. Great doctor.

Have been a patient with Dr. Melanie Woodall for about 20 yrs., she is wonderful. I never wait long. She sits and talk to me about my health issues. She never rush out the room. I can ask her anything concerning my care and she take her time to explain my condition, so I can understand. She is very professional. I will continue to be her patient.

I saw her on a follow up for a yeast infection. I had a chest-related reaction to the antibiotics I was given. When I saw Dr. Woodall, she brushed off my concerns over the chest pains and OBVIOUS symptoms I was having, and gave me even more of the antibiotics that caused the reaction. I told her I would not take them, and she insisted and hurried me out of her office. Didn't do a followup EKG or XRay, didn't even listen to my breathing. A few weeks later, I see a cardiologist and my concerns about my heart were confirmed. Dr. Woodall is the main reason I will not be returning to this practice in the future.

I shared my problems with Melanie during every visit; however, the purpose of my visits were not in regard to my breast but other problems also. As time progressed, my problems with my breast grew painfully, uncontrollable. My med records were required for surgery. Woodall did not record ANYTHING over the 10+yrs about breasts. The med records clerk,Mary, was so rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, offensive, & threatening. I do not care to ever visit her office again. Heart breaking experience.

Dr. Woodall is very caring and knowledgeable, if always a little late. The staff, however, are horrible. They are unhelpful, short, and they sit around laughing at patients' conditions when they think they won't get caught. VERY unprofessional. I'll never go back because of the staff.

I WAITED IN THE WAITING ROOM AT LEAST 2 HOURS EVERY TIME I WENT TO THIS DOCTOR. THE STAFF IS SNOTTY AND PLAY AROUND WAY TOO MUCH RATHER THAN WORKING.

The doctor is nice but the staff they treat you like your you dont know how to speak english but the other caucasian they treat them so well.
