I’m a transgender male and Dr. Kath did my top surgery (double incision mastectomy with free nipple grafts) and i couldn’t be happier. i saw my chest for the first time today (june 15th) and just cried. thank you dr. kath for setting me free and giving me my life back. dr. kath is so sweet and listens to your wants and needs and gives you what YOU want. she’s the best!!

I felt comfortable and confident that she was the one to do my surgery instantly. She is so precise and professional and explained the details and expectations of the procedure extensively. She’s the one people. Her work is amazing! I thank God For bringing her to Memphis!

Dr. Kath did my breast reduction (H cup to a C/D cup) for me. She has been so sweet and enthusiastic throughout this whole process. I am a younger patient than most and she (and everyone else there) made me more comfortable. During my recovery, she made sure I knew I could see her whenever I needed to, no matter how small the issue may have seemed. She prioritized my well being and cared about me as a person, but the best part is that my reduction looks exactly how I dreamed it would. They look natural, symmetrical, and proportional to me. She did fantastic!

I am a 66 year old patient. Dr. Kath and Dr Adams performed a lower facelift and quad bleth five weeks ago. The results are amazing. The turkey neck that started when I was 40 is gone. Last week Dr Kath gave me a much needed breast lift. My breasts no longer point toward the floor. She and her assistant, August, were caring, informative and accessible. I couldn't be more pleased with PSG and the results they've given me.

If I met her out of the office would want to be friends with her. She is matter of fact, down to earth, spends a great amount of time each visit, throughly explained my reconstruction after mastectomy. Great sense of humor and great bedside demeanor. I have already sent 3 people her way for other needs. Would highly recommend.
