My Pastor is dedicated ,very knowledgeable of the Bible& teaches scripture,also very committed to his duty as a Pastor.our church is beautiful & very welcoming. We also are very protected of the viruses that's out & are well prepared with face masks ,sanitizer at each entrance & 99.9% hand wishing soaps in bath rooms.Also the sanctuary is sanitized Pastor said after every service.I feel very comfortable to come to church.

Had my appointment today arrived 10 minutes early. I still had to wait an additional 40 more minutes to see the nurse and then return to the seating area for another 15 minutes before I saw the doctor. I'm not sure of the anticipated that many people because seating was not up to COVID-19 standards. But my doctor is always polite and I know that he is genuinely concerned about my health.

Healthcare was 5 star. But, having to wait, even though I was on-time, for over an hour was frustrating. And I had a different medical appointment after this one qhich I told them, but the reception staff didn't seem to care.

Two words over crowded!!!! They place ambulance patients at the end of the line sitting in wheelchairs! Just deplorable people!!!!

TRASH !!! waited in the ER from 5pm until 2:45am and i voluntarily left. still haven’t been seen by a doctor. they have no sense of urgency. but they make sure to put pep in their steps when you ready to go !

I can’t speak on the entire system but please avoid Methodist Germantown Emergency care at all cost. The wait times are ridiculous and the staff is racist and rude!
