Dr. Daniel Magro does not listen to his patients.Will be going to another facility for my check ups. Need a doctor who will listen to there patients and who cares.

WARNING Request any other doctor than Dr. Bonnie Barnes I hate that Dr. Ashleigh Hendry is no longer with the practice. She was great Took her time and listened to her patients. I was reassigned to Dr. Bonnie Barnes and it has been my worst doctorpatient experience in my life I called her and told her the medicine she prescribed was not helping and she has refused to treat me this I am going to go somewhere else. She does not listen to her patients and she always made me feel she was already in the other room with the next patient so I always felt rushed. If I had to say anything positive about this group their front line sign in representatives were always efficient and my wait time was never more than 30 minutes

My mother Alma savage love Dr. Bonnie Barnes she is very good i been there alot and had good experience with her and nurse they are great hope and pray they keep on caring for there patients.

I have been seeing my nurse practitioner here for almost thirteen years and I have always been treated wonderfully by everyone. I certainly recommend coming here.

I had an absolute best visit I was in the waiting room without any other patients. The staff were very professional. Stacy took the time to up date all of my immunizations etc. Dr. Magros was excellent He has excellent bedside manners and listened to me and asked me did I need anything. Excellent visit. I’m an associate so I was proud.

great nurses and great doctors did really good

First impressions can be deceiving.  Initial appointment was just blood tests for both my husband and I.  Okay then Dr Ashlee Hendry recommended my husband to a specialist then he had him going to his office for numerous visits.  Then we had our yearly wellness with Ashlee in January.  She sent Jim  to another specialist for a colonoscopy which we have absolutely no issues with that referral. Then Ashlee sent Jim to another specialist outside the group for more tests.  Mind you we are on social security and over a period of 10 weeks we had to fork out $340  I sent Ms Hendry an email and told her of our situation and asked her if the same thing would continue with a thyroid specialist for my husband and myself since I have a hypothyroid.  We cant afford to fork out $35 each for copays several times a year.  So the response I got from her is you need to find another primary care doctor.  What the heck  What kind of a doctor would fire their patients because they had a question she didnt like.  What type of medical group is this who picks and chooses the people they want to care for  Methodist Medical Group Primary Care on Champion Hills Drive does NOT care about the patient.  Shame on Ashlee Hendry for refusing to answer the question to take care of her patients.  And shame on Methodist Medical Group Primary Care for employing such doctors.M Hart

The staff is very professional. You are in and out in a timely matter. I usually see Dr. Hendry and she is wonderful however she wasn’t available. Today I saw Dr. Barnes and she is just as great.

Its a nice big office with LOTS if comfy seats with a TV blasting harpy daytime talk show. Its a busy place with loads of people. The receptionists and phone staff here kinda suck. I have been here 5 times for myself amp with my honey and I havent gotten a single smile or cordial hello or goodbye to date. Hey you dont have to hire a staff thats full of personality but you shouldnt recruit your people from the DMV either. To be fair this attitude ends at the front of house although the phlebotomist arent all that cheery but they stick really great so thats okay because the nurses are terrific and everyone back of house have a great manner and professionalism. Back of house is where the really important stuff gets done because this is the healthcare part happens. The rest is just money and time management and noise. My wife son and I share the same GP or general practicioner Lee Magro. He is a really  good guy who is super sharp and listens to his patients. He is a real critical thinker and doesnt shy away from running any and all tests that can possibly get to the root of the problem. He gets it dont just treat the stunkin symptoms  because the cause is the problem. A really great diagnostician always treats the problem and not the symptoms. He just has an office here and shares everything else with a gaggle of other MDs and APNs. Theres also a DO here which is cool I like DOs.5 stars to the medical staff not so much for the administrative and other staff.
