List of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare's Reviews
The best care I’ve ever experienced The staff are all so kind and they really care. Dr. Tesfau is a great person to know and he really made me feel safe and cared for. The RN Alaina is such a beautiful person so energetic and I love that I’m in their care.
Dr. Hayden has been my internal medicine physician for about 5 years now. I have found him to be a good listener and an excellent clinician. He readily made himself available when the flu hit Jane and me at different times. He also helped us through the pandemic with antibody testing and regular posted updates on best safe practices and what was going on at the time locally. I am confident in his ability and trust his judgment.
I went to see Dr. Hayden for a minor medical problem. First labs came back completely normal. When I followed up he said he’d repeat some tests and add one more. A month later I get a bill from the lab company for $3000. He literally added every blood test and urine test he could think of. The list of tests was half a page long. We had never discussed any of those tests. I called Methodist to appeal and they gave me a number to fax my information for a review. I faxed the information twice and it was “never received.” The third time I followed up they said I was out of the window to appeal. Pay attention to what these doctors are ordering and make sure they’re only doing what you had a conversation about because they will do what they want if you don’t stay on top of it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
