Great Doctors

Very satisfied with Dr. Martin Acree and the staff is always polite and well organized.

I agree with another person’s assessment. My doctor seems to be on his game other than calling in refills However my doctor’s nurse seems to have trouble properly communicating taking good notes or something I have yet determined. She never follows up PERIOD It’s as if she doesn’t want to resolve issues. If I didn’t call back I don’t think I would ever get a returned call from the nurse. I can’t speak about the rest. My nurses incompetence may be the reason I have so much trouble with refills 🤷‍♂️‼️I will certainly say ........if it wasn’t for the ”Office Manager Debbie” who does care and does follow up and who does try and resolve issues I would have already found another clinic. 😳👍🙏‼️ Just sayin....and it’s all so uncalled for🤔⁉️

This facility has the most courteous staff I have encountered in years. The only small drawback is sometimes the wait but thats only during times like peak flu season. My doctor is great Dr Brujin.

The doctors are great but the staff is extremely disorganized. On multiple occasions I have been informed the week of my appointment that my doctor is not seeing patients on the day I was scheduled for. I schedule my appointments a month in advance the staff is out of sync. Even so this wouldnt be so much of a problem if they ever answered their phone lines which they dont. In conclusion the doctors are great but it is not run well.

I saw one of the NPs James for about two years and for the most part she was a wonderful primary care provider. Mrs. James would sit down with me and take the time to discuss my issues and prescribed me just the right medications that I needed. Unfortunately other areas were lacking which includes some of the office staff and triage workers being a little too condescending telephone calls took far too long and messages left for the provider were very rarely answered and if they were it after several days have passed. I was also told that one of the medications I had been taking for almost two years is considered to be a narcotic and that it was addictive which is false information. Also even if you have an acute illness that needs attention usually the earliest they can squeeze you in will be more than two weeks away. I will admit that my review is rather jaded right now because I was actually fired by her as a patient with no warning since I was never rude or uncooperative with her or her staff so please feel free to take this review with a grain of salt. Ive had no experience with the doctors on staff so I cant make any comments regarding them. Given everything I mentioned beforehand I could not knowingly refer anyone I know to this practice.
