List of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare's Reviews
Mrs Harvey was amazing best security great attitude.
I am so saddened to hear all the negative reviews. I have literally NEVER been to a more caring and thorough hospital in my life. They literally asked me every question to get down to every detail of what was wrong with me. Wait time wasn’t too bad. No matter what time I needed my nurse or doctor they came in a timely fashion so I wasn’t waiting for hours They were so patient with me too. The list could literally go on about my wonderful experience here. I’ve been here for 4 or 5 days and I still have a couple more to go but it has been the most stress free hospital stay of my life. I hope others can have the same experience in the future. 1010 will definitely recommend
This hospital ER is the worst place to be when sick I recently just got out the hospital today but I went in on Sunday and I got there around 11am and didn’t get a room until 6am Monday morning I had to sleep in the ER in my wheelchair with a blanket The nurses and staff in the ER is very disrespectful and unconcerned about their patients. Next time I get sick I will not be attending this hospital even if it’s the death of me Meanwhile the staff and nurses on the floors were very nice and patient. They came to my rescue every time I pressed the red button. Some of the doctors weren’t very clear about my Diagnosis and I didn’t like that I had to be worried about something that I should’ve been informed by right away. People should get treated as if they are human not animals If they were in our position they would want the same treatment So please don’t go to this ER unless you are willing to die.
If I could have given a 0 I would have. I sat in the waiting room of the emergency room for 6 hours . Not as long as others I’ve read here or have personal knowledge of but my experience was as torturous for many reasons. I am stage 4 lung cancer patient and I feel that they were doing more harm by exposing me constantly to new germs. When I first came they placed me in a room with chairs to wait to go to get an MRI. I was appreciative. When I came down from there the staff was NOT concerning. The staff seemed as of they didnt care and the overall experience was chaotic and disheartening. I was there for back issues so couldn’t walk. I was in a wheelchair and needed oxygen which I was pushing while someone on staff pushed my wheelchair. I am also a stoke survivor so had only one hand to work with. I was in the general area and sat and sat for hours with no help to go to the toilet or get food because I couldn’t get around and push my oxygen and my chair with one hand. I acknowledged that an MRI was not an EMERGENCY as they saw it and asked to just go home because I knew I would be low on the totem poll and I couldn’t care for myself while waiting. Next person said I was c waiting to go get my MRI. I told them I had that HOURS ago. CLEARLY they had NO clue. I asked to be signed out. I can only pray no i’ll effects. Do not send those you love to this hospital.CLOSE or CLEAN UP

Great Hospital in my opinion.
Writing this review while waiting…I have currently been in this waiting room since 630PM. It is now 238AM and no sign of progressing through. Asked a nurse. She just walked off. Go anywhere else if you value your time comfort andor life.
NIGHT SHIFT REVIEW The good 3rd shift triage nurses were the most rudest nurses Ive ever experienced. If youre familiar with kidney stone pain thats what i was going through. If you havent its a constant excruciating sharp aching pain in your lower abdomen and back. My pain was crippling I seriously thought nurses loved their jobs and helping people these night shift employees certainly says the opposite. Theres a very noticeable difference between the Day amp Night shift. Yes Ive dealt with both within a weeks timeframe. They day shifts actually moves with urgency and care while the night shift are chilling and conversing and get an attitude when you ask for help . If you come here strongly suggest avoiding the night crew. I showed up here around 3am didnt see triage for another hour and a half around like 440am so Im just in the agony for the entire wait period. Triage finally calls and Im thinking finally theyll give me something to kill the pain they didnt. They instead proceeded to have an attitude with me because I was in too much pain for them to get my blood pressure. This is one of the main ways day shift treats you better the day shift gave me medicine for my pain in triage and got both my blood pressure and urine sample no problem while the night shift says Hey you gotta tough it out. Yeah Im not going to get a blood pressure with him moving. If I werent in so much pain I wouldve be enraged. God bless the night shift to get through whatever is causing them to treat patients like pests. I left . Id rather cry myself to sleep at home from the pain than to be treated like crap at a hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
