Going on two weeks no way to talk to the patient advocate. No answer I call all day long. I think they are not answering intentionally.

Bad experience on the 5th floor. Overnight nurse Jessica is clueless. All she does is play around and talk loud through the halls. She is very argumentative everything I asked her to do she had an excuse why she couldnt. She didnt do anything her entire shift. When it was something to be done she would call another nurse or CNA. She had a rebuttal on everything she talks to you all loud and slow like you are a deaf caveman who doesnt speak English.

This was a nightmare Please do not use them. I went to the emergency room with severe abdominal pain. I was in the waiting room for 20 hours with people that sounded like they were dying. I can’t even explain to you what I went through but I promise you I will never go there again I almost called 911 to have an ambulance pick me up and take me to another Hospital But I didn’t know if they would. It is an experience I will never forget

October 3rd I came here looking for care for my leg for an accident I had on my moped. Well all I got was an xray stating no bones were broken meds and a note to return to work on 5th. Here it is the 15th and my leg is no better. The mess did not work. I came back to the hospital and some nurse gone say I should have gone to an orthopedic doctor. I told her no one informed me of that information. She responses with oh no we always inform our patients. If I was informed I wouldnt be here asking for help again. I am beyond mad and I am looking to start a case for their negligence.

This place is straight TRASH The ER nurses are rude and unprofessional This lady needed help to the triage room and they COMPLETELY ignored her. One of the other patients had to help her in. HORRIBLE hospital Should just be an urgent care place...MAYBE Theyre LOUD AS HELL

The ED nurses are very unprofessional. My mama is there with covid on a ventilator and one of the nurse told me she can’t tell me anything even though I’m her daughter. The nurse from the morning shift had no problem updating me on my mom but this nurse was rude. After I told her I am her daughter and a nurse myself she got mad and hung up in my face. I will be taking legal matters if anything happens to my mom.
