Doctor Wallace is wonderful. I do have to say though, the people they have greeting and doing wellness checks are incredibly rude and unwelcoming. They bark orders at you such as "stand on the carpet till I'm ready for you" and "You need to put your mask on right now". I guess this is the new customer service these days. I will keep going to see DR Wallace because he is amazing, but my blood pressure will be high every time because of the way you are talked to coming through the door. I don't think people comprehend how much a please and thank you will do to have a more pleasant day.

love love love Dr Wallace! I go with my husband at times and Dr Wallace is always welcoming, courteous and just a breath of fresh air. He's also very knowledgeable in his field and really knows his stuff. Most places you feel like a number but Dr Wallace seems to recall every convo you have since your last visit. My husband was flattered how he recalled we were getting married and a few details we mentioned on 1 of our visits nearly 2 years ago when he visited him yesterday . Dr Wallace is just that personable and truly listens to his patients. I only wish my insurance was under his network so he could be my physician as well!
