My father E. Berry is a patient of yours. He had a stroke in October and needs to see you for refills. No one will answer the phone pr call back and he is COMPLETELY out of meds. The pharmacy even faxed over the refills with no response. I do not understand how a doctor's office can completely abandoned a patient

Was taking my mom to see the doctor because she has Huntingtons disease, the DOCTOR kept missing our appointments more than once. The staff just stood around talking constantly. And we waited 6-8 hours in the lobby every time we showed up. When called couldn't hardly get ahold of anyone.. Poor professionalism but they were nice. If I could give no stars I would.

Dr. Shelton has been my doctor for years. Very knowledgeable and professional. I never feel rushed when in the exam room. I’m not just a number. If you’re looking for a professional, knowledgeable and caring doctor Dr. Shelton is the doctor for you!!

IF YOU TRULY CARE ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR HEALTH STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCE THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM ITS LIKE THIS DOCTOR TRULY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS CONSTANT MISSED APPOINTMENTS THEN YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CALL THEM NEVER EVEN THE COURTESY OF A CALL! I HAVE JUST BEEN STUNNED AT THE LEVEL OF DISREGARD OF CARE AND HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED MY COMPLAINT TO THE MEDICAL BOARD BECAUSE THIS DOCTOR WILL KILL YOU....PLEASE I BEG ANYONE WHO TRULY CARES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME MONEY AND ENERGY!!! AND A BLACK WOMAN AT THAT SAD TRULY SAD!!

I am new to this doctor. However, after trying to reach her or office staff to schedule recommended tests for five days, I am skeptical about going forward with her practice.

I have been going to dr. Sheldon over 30 years she is a wonderful doctor help with all your problem listen to all your problems she is the best doctor that I have been going to almost half of my life I would not trade her in for no other doctor my whole family go to her and they really do love her
