Dr Corr and his nurse Kimberly were very apathetic rushed us out sarcastic and the worst care in the medical industry I have ever seen. They never called called with results after a procedure. Had to have 3 procedures in less than 3 weeks because he didn’t do his job the first times. Wouldn’t help us when a high fever developed later. I am appalled at this horrible care. It’s a crying shame.
The only there is one star is because I cannot leave no stars. Dr Zachary Corr was the worst medical experience I have ever experienced. He treated my 18 year old daughter for kidney stones. He first acted like we were stupid for even thinking she had stones in the first place. Upon CT scan he saw she had a total left kidney blockage. She had laser surgery. Less than a week later she was hurting badly again and he acted like she was stupid again. Guess what? He missed 2 more big stones. She had to have surgery again. Age developed a high fever and he never checked on her or treated her never even did blood work to ensure she wasnt septic. He was always in a hurry never explained anything and was sarcastic and condescending. His nurse Kimberly was just as bad. They were unprofessional horrible care. I would stay far away from this dr and his nurse. They need to learn empathy and compassion.
I had appointment at 330 on 9142021. Went in the lady at check in told me I had a balance which I knew asked if I could pay $50.00 dollars. I said not today. I said I can only pay $20 dollars. Long story short. When I check my balance on my account she took out $40 dollars. I called the office manager Phillip OReilly and he argued with me about how much I owe. I said so she can just take out what she want to. He basically supported what she did. Then tells me hes the CEO. Bad business practice. I see why their review is a 2.5.
Dr. Greenberger Jessica Hughes FNP and his Nurses are phenomenal Ive never met a Doctor who goes out of their way to take care of Patients like they do So many Doctors nowadays lack compassion and thorough care... Not Dr. Greenberger Thankful to have found him and been under his care for the last 5 years and even now that I live 2 hoursone way from his offices I will always make the drive
Dr. Desouza ROCKS I had the worst year of my life experiencing pain that no one could find the root of after thousands of dollars of scans. No one seemed to believe me finally I saw Dr. Desouza again who showed she really cared. Even though it clearly had nothing to do with urology she listened to me gave the advice she could and helped refer me to a surgeon who she had heard good things about. That surgeon removed my gallbladder 2 weeks later and I woke up pain free. Thank you Dr. Desouza for listening to me and believing me when no one else would.
Called for an appointment they asked for a $500 appointment fee that is crazy👎
This administration dropped the ball in immediately handling a very rude employee doctor witnessed part of it and it escalated into unnecessary employee gossip that I was calling for April to be fired Learn customer service techniques and apply them. Protect your patients from rude employees and follow up. Dont give them the runaround and avoid addressing office issues. The doctor Shappley Sr. even ignored her rudeness. Seems that some continuing education is in order for the whole company
Made an appointment to see Dr. Gubin arrived at the office 15 minutes before my appointment prefilled all of the checkin information online. Waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and still no sign of being seen by the doctor. Asked the front desk about the wait time and they said they have no idea.Would NOT recommend coming here if you value your time.
Dr.Shappley Jr. Is the best..he takes great care of me..no complaints at all
I like Dr. Gubin I believe he is a good doctor and does good work. My complaint is with the Urology Group Staff. The first time I called Nov 2020 the receptionist informed me they were not scheduling any more surgeries that year and she did not offer to schedule my surgery for the new year which seemed odd. I called again in December this time they scheduled me. When I finally had my surgery they forgot to give me my prescription as I left. Later the receptionist electronically sent my prescription to my Pharmacy but something about the prescription was incorrect. The pharmacy had to make corrections before he could give it to me. A few weeks later I could not find my checkbook and I finally realized I left it at the Urology Group Office. When I called them they told me they had it but why didnt they ever call me. I cannot recommend this group. The staff seems to be disorganized and unprofessional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
