Working in healthcare I understand things happen however the wait times are not good. A previous reviewer noted the same. I highly recommend early appointments if possible. The dr is very nice though.

Dr. Bond his nurse Julie and all the staff were amazing. My experience from the first office visit to the postop visit was flawless. Every one of them was so helpful pleasant and encouraging. I am so happy with my decision to have had Dr. Bond perform my discectomy. I can’t recommend him and the clinic enough

My husband sees Dr. Jason Weaver. He’s an absolutely amazing doctor. He is very professional. He hasn’t rushed any exam and visit. He’s caring and answers all questions and concerns. He’s a wonderful doctor. His staff is very pleasant and kind. Christine his nurse has been so helpful to us both. We absolutely love this doctor and staff We highly recommend Dr. Weaver abd his staff

Great place. But the protocol for lining up prescriptions could be better. Ideally a in house pharmacy would be fantastic. But My brother was sent home with a paper Rx only to be released when his pharmacy closed leaving his sister out late at night trying to find a pharmacy to fill this Rx is not ideal. I’m waiting on the after hours doctor to call me back. Tired weary and I want to go home.

The Doctors are very caring and find out your problem and fix it I had a ruptured Disc in my neck several years ago had surgery and have done fine ever since Glen Barnette did my surgery

I have visited NP Deborah Simms her bed side manors is awful. She put in my medical records that she did a physical exam and never touched me she actually talked to me from across the room standing at the door. For her to add in my records that she did a physical examination means that’s she’s unethical. She didn’t listen to my complaints I have been dealing with back pain since 2015 and telling her of my complaints has been to deaf ears as if I’m making up my issues.

I have waited 4 months for an appointment and last Wednesday the date of said appointment I was in the hospital as an in patient for 3 days for what I am trying to see them for. When I called to reschedule they told me it will be another 4 months … clearly I need to be seen. I was told this was the best neurologist in Memphis … I am starting to doubt the level of care they give their patients. The lady on the phone today showed absolutely 0 concern.
