Professional however there was not enough effort put into testing to atleast try and get to the root of the problem. Went to another urgent care and they save my life. A blood test or xray wouldve gone a long way to help prevent a trip to another urgent care that cared enough to go the extra mile. Im greatful for them. Save my life.

If I could give no stars I would. The wait was outrageous 3 hours to be seen for a work related injury. 2 hours waiting in the front to even get into a room. Not happy this is the place my employer uses. Exactly 3 hours and 1 minute to be seen by the doctor but the plus was she was very nice

The nurse administering the covid test asked me to come to the door and she stepped out and told me to turn towards the street and she did the test in front of everyone outside it was awful. They deserve ZERO.

Dont get sick and have to come to BAPTIST Minor on Poplar they are the SLOOOOWEST PEOPLE...WALKING AROUND LAUGHING BEEN IN A ROOM CALLED BACK HERE 315PM... 2HRS HAD TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR STILL NO RESULTS..ITS A SHAME AND MY SON IS IN EXTRAORDINARY PAIN😵😵😵😠😠😠

The wait here is horrible. The nurse is extremely slow. I waited over two and half hours to take a drug test. After explaining that I had to use to the restroom. No concern was shown. I was constantly being told I had to wait. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location for any type of assistance

The only reason I selected 1 star is because there was no place to select NO Stars. I arrived at the this clinic with a badly cut finger and bleeding and had to wait 2 hours plus just to see a nurse. All the while patients were coming in after me for Covid test and shots and many were waited on before me. i.e. I am and 80 year old male with good insurance.When I was finally taken to an exam room for treatment about 2 hours and 20 minutes later the nurse said that he could help me only to find out their clinic had No medical kits to repair my injury. This left me no choice but to find another provider on my own. What a Total FiascoAs far as I am concerned their lack of caretreatment borders on malpractice...

The worst experience I’ve had at any medical center my job sent me here to get tested for COVID I’ve been here over 3 hours waiting outside in the sun I was told there were 16people in front of me I got here a hour after they opened and still waiting I’ll never come here again
