My baby has been waiting to be seen since 10am and its almost 4pm in the ER. I will never everever come here again. I wish I could give below a 1 star

Just had an exodus of staff wonder why. Understaffed and over worked. Patients arent getting the attention their insurance pays for. Mistakes are being made babies that should live arent. Bad time to deliver at Baptist.

The worst experience today. I always come and never had an issue until now somebody will seriously die because they don’t care nor feel they can speed up the process of doing things. I have a health condition and nobody have called my name not once nor even trying to get me seen to get help I’m in serious pain and can’t take it anymore I left and told them I was leaving I’m not about to sit here all day and night to get seen for this when they should know this is not a joke and can’t keep putting people lives in jeopardy. Just because they don’t want to work but let it be their families.Somebody will sue them very soon if they don’t consider their patients lives.

Im a single mother of a12 year old disabled child. He is medically fragile with multiple diagnosis. We have been committed to Lebonhuer for his life time healthcare. But unfortunately the past year hasnt gone well. Last night I finally had to take him due to covid like symptoms ear mites and a unknown worry of medical causes. At first I was very impressed with the layout of the hospital the cleanliness of the waiting room and the greeting of the receptionist the intake nurse was pretty well even though Noah does have adrenal gland deficiency with a letter that I showed stating that he is not to be waited in triage due to soluew cortef and I stated to nurse Lynn he has had covid symptoms with fever chills he was never tested for covid as well as my child had fresh blood coming from right ear canal were I stated to triage nurse he has had surgery twice within the last 6 months on his ears. Still had 30 minutes in the waiting room regardless of showing the letter when called back to triage we were put into an Operating room 4 IN ER a Dr.Holder came in for less than 15 minutes heard me as Noahs primary caregiver and mother my concerns said he would be right back he never even asscessed my child nor did a nurse come in the room mind you my 12yr old is non verbal epilipetec with agenesis of corpus callosum with adrenaline gland definsecy. After waiting2hrs in the filthy and with used medical equipment on floor yes an operating room for an emergency room department with all staf including Dr Holder sitting at computers acting though I nor my child even excisted.disappointed there is no excuse why anyone did not come in.... I so hurt for my child I couldnt drive home distraught from the nonchalant care or non medical treatment given and will never return again.

I dont know who Steven is..but he was incredibly rude and not helpful. I was sent to the high risk pregnancy office for ultrasounds from my OB and I needed to cancel an appointment. I could not remember the name of the office. I explained my situation to Steven and he asked me a couple questions about who my doctor was etc…he couldn’t find my info or whatever be needed he was very unclear and proceeded to hang up on me Instead of problem solving or directing me to someone else. I’m extremely annoyed. Steven needs a new job that doesn’t involve people.

I was frightened and overwhelmed when entering the hospital for surgery. The staff from the front door to the surgery staff doctors and anesthesiologist were forthright professional and completely empathetic. The nursing staff were a great comfort to me and I can’t imagine receiving better care than was provided yo me.

I recently had abdominal surgery at this hospital and it is Top Notch The staff was very friendly and made me feel like family. I went in scared but they were so attentive listened to me which made me feel comfortable. The hospital entrance is so nice my mother had to take a video to show my sister. It’s literally the nicest cleanest hospital I’ve ever been in. I could go on and on about the positives. I honestly wish we had this exact hospital in my state I live 1 hour 45 minutes away. If you are considering having a proceduresurgery here they WILL go above and beyond to take care of you. They also called me the next day to see how I felt and answer any questions I had. Excellent experience overall

I absolutely loved this hospital I was induced at 6am everyone was gentle with me had a sense of humor and was super sweet to me. They made me feel very welcome. They had all sorts of doctors and specialists that can help you with all your antepartum and postpartum needs the lactation specialists made me feel so good about breastfeeding and they were such an encouragement. They made me feel incredibly comfortable about everything. They cleaned me up really well and they werent judgey or rough with me after birth. I definitely recommend this hospital for all you labor and delivery needs and wants Such an amazing hospital thank you so much for the luxury feelings of having everything done for me for once🙏🏾❤

Brought our son in for surgery was told to be here before 6am we are here no one else is here the 2 people that are here have no idea about ANYTHING not a soul can help us check in the walls floors seats are as nasty as a outside bathroom a construction site 🤦🏻‍♂️ if i could take pictures or record just how un professional unprepared how horribly nasty this place has become Come on baptist are you guys closing ?

Had my baby here they took great care of me and my son I want to send a big thank you for making this a great experience for a first time mom P.s food was great and got as well
