Wonderful company with friendly caregivers.
I MISS YALL SO MUCH BEST JOB EVER..I MOVED TO CALIFORNIA BUT MISSING MEMPHIS ALOT.
Very caring staff and excellent service.
My mom just started with this company. Her last aide was unprofessional and lazy. Every time my mom asked her to take her somewhere she would say why can't your daughters do that for you. When she finally took her shopping for food she would pull the basket and tell my mom she walking to slow. So once me and daughter called her out on n her behavior which we spoke in a calm voice she got mad mad and told my mom if we say anything else to her she would call her son and he would come over and shot up my mom's place and shot me and my daughter. So we called her supervisor. So if you know someone who wants the job have them hired because nobody needs her coming to their loved ones house.
Did not live up to their claims. First caregiver didn't show up. 2nd one was nice, but didn't want to do much more than sit and look at her phone when she thought no one would notice. She was given a list of duties, which the supervisor had approved but she did none of them unless a family member got her started and did them with her.
This company is horrible and doesn’t care about their patients. Since I’ve been with this company it’s been issue after issue. My mom has dementia, her caretaker allowed her to be unsupervised outside alone. While the caretaker played on her phone in the house. Another issue this company communication of sending back up workers out is horrible. I’ve complained several times but nothing was done. The biggest thing was staffing, seemingly every other week my mom didn’t have a worker. So that meant I had to hire aids to come in at the last minute. I have filed a complaint with the state ON this company. I’ve requested to leave this company ASAP. IF you love your love one this company should be the last place to choose. The state needs to close them down. They are horrible and don’t deserve NOT ONE STAR.
I really love this company they have great employees we have been with this company for over 9 years they have taking good care of my granny my father and now some of my friends family members thanks so much Midsouth senior care for all that you do.
Both caregivers we have from Mid-South Senior Care are always on time and very pleasant. My parents have 24 hour care and Mid-South covers the "night shift." They keep the house secure and tidy along with compassionately looking after my parents needs in the evening.
My parents have had a very blessed life, but one that has had many physical challenges. Several years ago we began searching for an agency to provide in-home care alongside us. I had many failures in this department until I found Mid-South Senior Care. They are most reasonably priced and have the very best care-givers we have ever used. Even though my dad has gone on to heaven, my mom is still receiving Mid-South's care. The deliberate way they find the right care-giver to match the needs of the patient is excellent. Our family is very grateful.
Mid-South Senior Care is actually the best thing to happen as far as care for my mom. We didn't know how to start looking for help. We interviewed 3 companies and Midsouth was great from the start. They worked with us to get the exact person we needed. We didn't want a person too young because we already have a lot of young people in the family. We wanted someone who can relate to Mom and understand her needs. The person they sent Eunice is like a part of our family. Thanks for the help we get from you weekly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
