I was not asked to pay a co pay because I have insurance. I actually asked them if I could pay it anyway because I did not understand why I did not owe one. Nor was I sent a bill. I have a collections on my credit report for $99. I don’t know how they are getting away with this.

One of the worst places to do any kind of buisness!!! offered to pay bill and would not except and then i get a notification that i am turned over to collection. star system will not let you do a minus star or that is where it would be. Never got a bill from this place and I PAY MY BILLS !!! suxxxx

Wish I could give a 0 you know something wring when people complain bout same things they sent me to collections 4 years ago I disputed now here 4 years later they slick put it back on I don't know this company I am a fraud victim and victim of equifax breach each bureau has proof police reports next time I am going to sue midsouth imaging they are using fraudulent information to ruin people's credit they won't get away with it on mine and also putting every bad review and print and send to bureaus this company got to be desperate for money

I need to know who i need to contact about this. I never received not 1 bill and I don't ever remember going to them. I don't notice any of the doctors they have listed. I was not made aware of this until this year only because I was checking my credit report. Apparently it was from 2019 which I didn't even start seeing any kind of dr til 2020. and then they updated it to 2022 when I went to dispute it to ask what it was for and of course no response as to who I saw and what for.. I refuse to pay this because I never went to them. And they refuse to take it off my credit or even tell me what its from. This is the only thing I have in collections and its hurting my credit.

EDIT: I AM REACHING OUT TO THE DOH & THE NHCAA TO REPORT FRADULENT BILLING. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! THEY BILL PATIENTS FOR SERVICES THEY DID NOT RECEIVE! If your doctor sends you here, respectfully request a different facility. These people are crooks. In January of this year I went in for a pelvic x-ray due to bladder pain. Fast forward to March when I receive a bill for two pregnancy ultrasounds. I was completely confused. I was referred to them by a urologist for a bladder x-ray. They did not perform any pregnancy ultrasounds nor was I there for anything pregnancy related. I have called SEVEN times since March asking them to revise my bill to reflect the services that I actually received and yet they still continue to send me bills for pregnancy ultrasounds and threaten to send me to collections. I am beyond sick of dealing with this.

Reviews are no lie, this company can't seam to preform proper billing to patients. Applying credit card payments to incorrect companies was my experience. This place is a sham.
