Mohammed Khan's Online Review Report Card

I had been sick for a couple of years on/off. When my illness got at its worst, I came to Dr. Khan because no other doctor took the time to figure out what was wrong with me. Dr. Khan was very thorough and followed up with every consultant until I was diagnosed. He helped discover I had cancer and at that point it was at Stage 3. So Im grateful for him and his clinic..

if i could give negative stars i would . terrible place to be seen for anything doctor is very run and judgmental and lastly office has a terrible odor and uneducated students that are wasting their time there. and still allows patient to be seen that where diagnosed with COVID and didn’t think to call the other patients that where in the office. VERY UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

This is the absolute worst doctor in the Mid-South area! His staff is incompetent and completely inconsiderate. My mother called them a week before her (very much needed) prescription was out so that they could call in a refill for her. They never called it in. And what's worse is that when she questioned them about it, they stated that Dr. Khan left early and they forgot to give him the message that day. HE LEFT EARLY 1 DAY! WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER 6 DAYS?! And to top it off when it was further explained how urgently my mother needed the medicine the woman smartly said she couldn't call in a prescription, what did we want her to do, lose her job! NO WE WANT YOU TO DO YOUR JOB AND GIVE DR. KHAN THE MESSAGE WHEN YOU FIRST GET IT! This is not the first time somethi g like this has happened, nor us it an isolated incident as you can see by the previous reviews. If you truly value you life and that of you loved ones, DO NOT allow them to see/continue to see this doctor! I am so glad we've found someone else.

very patient doctor, takes his time with you and checks for everything. the staff is wonderful

Worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with! Hands down. Ancient staff running office - they can't even operate a fax machine. If you have a senior parent who needs alot or have poor health yourself, find somewhere else! You'll NEVER get what you need, as they are not helpful at all and have poor customer service skills and no sense of urgency - even when they screw up... Which is often! Would have rated 0 stars if possible

LOVE this doctor! He was very thorough in his checkup of me. He wasted no time in taking proper tests and bloodwork. He gave me enough time to answer all my questions and explained in depth his concerns and diagnoses. I highly recommend this doctor to any one who needs an internist or nephrologist!

I have been a patient with Dr. Khan going on twenty years now.I trust him with my life.Rickey C. Harris it doesn't get any better than that.
